I brought my valid government-issued photo ID along with my current vehicle registration showing my updated physical address. Bass Pro's own pickup instructions say that if the address on your photo ID does not match your current residential address, you may be required to provide a second form of government-issued documentation with your current physical address, such as a vehicle registration, voter ID card, concealed carry permit, hunting license, etc. That is exactly what I brought. My driver's license was my photo ID, and my vehicle registration was the supplemental proof of current address. However, the employee/manager still turned me away and acted like I was trying to use the registration as a photo ID, which was not the case. To make it even more frustrating, I contacted several other local firearm shops afterward, and they all said that a valid driver's license plus current vehicle registration is acceptable for this situation. So it appears this was either a misunderstanding by the store or an overly restrictive store decision that was not clearly explained. I understand firearm sales require strict compliance, and I respect that. But customers should not be turned away when they bring the exact type of documentation Bass Pro's own instructions say may be used. The process was confusing, poorly handled, and wasted my time. Very disappointing experience.

The first time I went they were out of medium sized shiners, but after looking at them the smaller ones were good size. I went to the lake and they were great lots of action to them. I probably caught 6-7 bass with them. The next time I went I went early in the AM just when they opened at 6am they had medium sizes in and they did not disappoint in size. My only regret was catching little dinks with them on such a good size shiner. Good guys inside as well easy to talk to and ask question. This will be my go to going forward for live bait. There are some choice fishing spots around the Plantation/Sawgrass/Davie/Weston areas, and this shop is on the way to many of them. I was in town visiting my family and wanted to take my kids fishing, and nothing works better than some live shiners for whatever might be swimming in the lakes and canals of Plantation. I grabbed two kids combos at Walmart and a couple dozen shiners, and we SLAYED the peacocks with a few nearing the 3lb mark. I'm not sure who was having more fun, the kids or me as I helped them land these beasts on the lightest of tackle, including a silly push button Paw Patrol rod with only two eyelets! Like everything, bait has gotten expensive, about $20/dozen, but the smiles on the kids faces and these memories are worth every penny! I am so glad I had the time to make this happen for all of us, and that BJ's was still there to get us what we needed! So if you want to go, this is the spot to stop. The shop has everything you need to get outside and all the advice to go with it. Go fish!

He was super helpful in helping me select the right fishing kayak for my needs and gave us great tips on how to properly Stow the kayak and what equipment I would need to add for fishing. The day we bought the kayak, we didn't have a memes two trailer at home. And let us keep it at the shop until we were able to get a trailer and take it home. I attended and took a class here with One Shot Defense and it was such a great place to host a class. It was held in one of the private bays and it felt like I wasn't even in Florida. Now ladies, most men hook us up with diamonds, flowers, chocolate and/or dinner on this special day so when I saw the store advertisement I jumped up and immediately messaged Evan who is one of the owners about a certain firearm my husband has wanted. It was a Ruger 57 FDE with red dot. Evan messaged me back immediately stating he did not have the specific one my husband wanted but he had a FN 5.7 in FDE . I was assured the FN 5.7 was the top of the line of the firearm my husband wanted I showed up and Evan and his team were quick to help me with the paperwork, and when I mentioned the red dot they wasted no time to install a Halosun X2 series dot with a circle. Needless to say my husband was ecstatic with his Valentine's Day Gift. They used to be online prior to having the brick and mortar location. They are still getting stuff in and was ordering more items while I was there. If they do not have it, they will get it for you. My husband has a WWII era bayonet with a rifle and is having a hard time finding ammo for something so old and Evan mentioned he would keep his eyes open for us and if he sees it will get it.
