Our experience with Track7 was not the smoothest. Owner Joel missed a meeting with us. We had to reach out to DJ Justin to remind him of a meeting with us; otherwise by his own account he probably would have missed that meeting too. On the day of our wedding, our officiant questioned the way her and my now husband were mic'd up, concerned that our guests wouldn't be able to hear me. She was told it would be fine. It wasn't. None of our guests heard my vows and instead we passed my vow book around during the reception so our guests could read the vows I made to my husband. We were also frustrated because in the month leading up to the wedding, it took multiple attempts by both us and the wedding planner before we heard back from Justin. To determine logistics, equipment, and final meeting time. This is my second review for Track7 and Justin. Justin asked that I take my first review down concerned that this would affect future business. He wanted to let me know he helped with the room flip, while calling my ceremony setup "insane." Candles and bud vases. He accused me of potentially affecting his livelihood while taking little responsibility for the lack of or difficulty with communication leading up to the wedding. And only taking ownership of the mic situation, but blaming me for being soft-spoken and trying to claim my husband and I were standing six feet away from each other during the ceremony, which is entirely untrue (see picture). Justin was valid in that we did not highlight what did go right in my previous review. He did play every song from our must play list and didn't play anything from our do-not-play list. Our original must-play list was 3 hours long and we spent a lot of time whittling this down because he expressed that he wanted to have some creative freedom on our day and we wanted to respect this. We wanted him to have creative freedom. We were told he would be able to get our vibe from the must-play songs we did provide and the rest of the playlist would be tailored to us and on our day we didn't necessarily feel this way. But Justin showed up on time. And we had wanted a friend to DJ the last hour of our reception. When we were looking to hire a DJ, Justin said this friend could just plug into his equipment and this was a lot of the reason we chose Track7. To allow for a smooth transition. But we had to remind Justin of this commitment. Nonetheless, it did require Justin and his equipment to be there an hour later than he would have been otherwise and it was deeply appreciated. We hired Track7 DJ and Justin because they DJ'd a wedding we went to and in all fairness we had fun at that wedding and that couple had a far better experience than we did. read more

The man that showed up only had one mic and so our plans were a little thrown off because of it. I was very disappointed in the professionalism and service provided by track seven . In the weeks leading up to the wedding, our repeated phone messages and texts requesting a clearer more detailed contract went unanswered. A complete contract including start and end times was never completed! This led to a general unease about track seven. They were hired to provide the music for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The audio during the ceremony went in and out, leaving the entire processional of bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents and the wedding couple to walk to skipping, stalling music with gaps and scratches. Needless to say this was heartbreaking for the bride and groom. The audio during cocktail hour was unclear and the names of the bridesmaids, groomsmen and announcement of the bridal couple could not be heard. I do not recommend track seven and would encourage wedding couples to look elsewhere to insure no glitches in their wedding music. read more

He was supportive and encouraging to us when we got nervous and helped convince us to still do our goofy entrance to our goofy song that we originally wanted to do!
