Traces is the Best high quality shop in the Kitchener Waterloo area. They have a no attitude outlook and will work with you to accomplish that the final work is to high end artwork and layout, they gave me options of what the finished art will look like, would you like it spaced and add new or less colours. The delivery turnaround time was amazing and the inks and material has held up fantastically after hard usage. Best Price, Best delivery and a Happy team to achieve your goal. In addition, they have an outlet store where they sell clothing of all kinds from their stock. I have purchased a number of items for myself, including turtlenecks, track pants, polo shirts and t-shirts of many colours, with an excellent selection of sizes, even large sizes up to size 5XL! The prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. I have had a Gildan polo shirt that I purchased from R&S 5 years ago and it still looks great and washes well even after wearing it often. R&S Screening also does custom orders. I wanted a special gift for my step-daughter's graduation, and Renae came through with an awesome hoodie with her name on the front and large custom letter logo on the back. Not good service, I ordered 10 custom shirts just to be told they were ordering in the wrong colour…read moreand all in the wrong sizes. I needed the shirts for the next day so there was no way to have my order completed properly in time. After a phonecall, they told me it was completely their fault in the ordering and that they would absorb the price of the shirts, meaning I would still have to pay a total of $140 dollars for the messed up product. There was no attempt to remedy this situation or reflect their mistake in the pricing. There are much better printing solutions, would not recommend.

McDOUUGALL SIGNS did what no one else could. They had my…read morestove knobs from a new Whirlpool stove, where the knobs had painted numbers on them, and the black paint kept wearing off in three months; after replacing them three times. I had McDougall engrave the heat levels on each knobs, now I have no problems. I don't have to worry about when I need to replace them again! High quality work, when no one ELSE would touch this project.

Sherwood is an old copy and print centre located on Duke Street in the tower with the RBC branch…read more We were recommended there by a friend, and waited 20 minutes before speaking to someone. There were three people there, and they just stared at me while they were busy working; no one bothered to ask me to wait. So that's probably a bad sign already. The worst part is, when they finally talked to me, I asked for a quote on several items and they said that they were busy and they'd get back to me if I left an email. So I did. A week later, I heard nothing. So I went back in. They gave me the quote there, and even though the service was subpar, the prices were above par. So, I decided to go with them. I asked them to go ahead with the order, and their delivery was horribly slow. In fact, I didn't even get a call or receive an email when my order was ready!! I went in to ask about it and they miraculously had my order packaged. Later on, I asked for another quote on a larger order, and they never got back to me. It's already been 3 months. It's like they don't want any business! I won't be going back.
