When I heard about Octavio and his company, Octavio's Tree Service, on some Facebook groups with glowing reviews, I decided to give him a try. I'm so glad I did! I called him on a Friday, and he came by Saturday morning to assess the tree. His quote was fantastic, and he scheduled the job just a few days later. I asked him to prune it similar to my neighbor's tree, which I've always admired. Octavio did not let me down. On the day of the service, he and his crew arrived on time, were friendly and clean, and, to my surprise, finished in under an hour! I've had other crews take half a day or even work into the night to prune the same tree. When Octavio rang my doorbell to let me know they were finished, I was in complete shock. I stepped outside, and the tree looked fantastic! Five stars to Octavio and his crew. I'll definitely be saving his info and using him exclusively from now on. Highly recommend!

They were super professional, knowledgeable, and their pricing was very competitive. I have a large corner house so the front yard is very large (~4,000 sq ft). I got approved by LADWP to do the Turf Replacement project and Elbin gave me a ton of confidence working with him on it right out of the gate. They walked me through their process and talked through how we'd approach the designs I got for the project. They stuck to a tight deadline and went above and beyond to get it done exactly how we wanted. We had to replace our overhead sprinklers with drip, we installed this massive and beautiful dry river bed, put in 2 DG paths, and planted over 150 plants. Plus a boat load of walk-on bark mulch. This was a BIG project and they finished it flawlessly within a week's time. The only delays we had were due to Mother Nature as we had rain mid-way through.
