Manage Jennifer and front desk Keri!!!! So amazing…read more Jennifer was so will to help and provide us amazing rooms... when we had a question she was attentive and informative Keri is so welcoming! Glad she was the first person I saw and met. She helped us find food and gave us great suggestions Super sweet people and a plus plus plus star !!!! Would come back here just for their customer service!

Checked in at 9:45 pm on 3/20/25 and noticed a barcode in the parking lot and at the counter that…read moresays you have to pay each night for parking. $12 bucks a night is what the clerk told me (which turns into 13 when you go to pay because of the "service charge"). I booked and prepaid through hotels.com, and this was NOT disclosed. I went back and looked at the fee section to see what was listed and it only says $50 hold for incidentals. Ridiculous policy because I'm already here and even if I could cancel and get a refund I'd pay more last minute to switch to another hotel. (Hotels.com typically won't let you cancel and if you do it's a hassle). The excuse from the clerk is "well you booked through a 3rd party and we don't tell them about it, but it's on our website. You have to go to our website. This made my blood boil. Who books through a third party and also goes to check the website? NOONE! The point of using a third party is partially for convenience. I'm also told by her that if I don't pay I'll get a ticket. This is a terrible business practice and is ripe with potential for a class action lawsuit against Hyatt and the proprietors of this location ....which I intent to explore. I recommend avoiding any and all businesses that use these shady methods to extort more money from their customers. They act like they don't profit because of the booking through a third party. Well that third party gives the majority of that money to the hotel. I'm sick of businesses like this one who use the third party bit as an excuse to treat THEIR customers like an unwanted step-child/2'nd class citizen. Kudos to the clerk who kept her cool because I let her know in no uncertain terms my thoughts on the matter. This hotel knows they have you trapped and it's a small enough amount that most people will just pay it and not deal with trying to get a refund, finding another place to stay last minute, and switching hotels. And they count on that fact. Well I'm not letting it slide. It's not the $13 it's the principle. This feels like theft or extortion and I'm going to enjoy making as much of a stink about it as I can. Will be cut and pasting this everywhere I can leave a review. Enjoy your $13 peachtree Hyatt. Hope it was worth it

It was horrible!…read more Between the room being humid upon entry, then just staying humid whenever someone is showering it just seeps into the room no matter if the AC is running. The bathroom is falling apart, the water won't drain in the tub, the door handle won't close let alone lock lmao. The actual bath wall had a crack that they glued back together, water stains, mold and paint stripping over the door entry to the bathroom. The sink had I HOPE, it was corn kernels, on rotation in the drain. I mean they just gave up. I mean... if you stay here.. you'll notice if at the minimum they painted over it, but this is ridiculous. The wall outlets to charge devices can't hold chargers or anything as they're just too loose and they just kept falling out, which just mean they're not child safe (if you have small children) I cannot imagine those who walk around barefoot would only came out with black fit. The breakfast was sad, coffee maker Was faulty or if there was a special way to use it ,note it somewhere. How is one not going to have coffee? The "cooked" food look absurdly greasy. Not many choices or any fruit. We only stayed the one night because of extreme exhaustion and guarantee we will not be returning. All the hotels in this little "triangle" have gone down hill 15 years and running. The only positive thing was it had cable.

The walls are thin and we could hear the people in the adjacent room when they... uh.... consummated their relationship. We could hear their bed shake. Thankfully, he must have been a colossal disappointment as he lasted only three or four minutes at a time... so he gets an even worse rating than the hotel at 1 star. But the hotel wasn't much better. The pool was minuscule (a family of 4 would fill it up) and out of order to boot. They told us it had been out for a WEEK. The dryer door was broken. The breakfast was definitely on the cheap side compared to most comfort inns; no grits or oatmeal station, little variety in their pastries. No hot chocolate for the kiddos. Worse, they served the same hot food both days whereas most comfort inns mix the hot stuff up each day so you have some variety. Finally, the staff was clearly understaffed/overworked. Overall, the room was clean but so many other aspects of the hotel made it a rather disappointing experience.

The key card is working however the door is not responding. When I contacted the front desk around midnight regarding the locked entrance, I was simply told to use another door located on the opposite side of the hotel. Unfortunately, that area is very dark and poorly lit, making it difficult to see and creating safety concerns. Many guests have also expressed concerns about parking in that area due to the lack of lighting. However, during my whole stay (over a week) it has continually been locked late at night and during the day forcing guests to go to the end of the building. The front desk's response was dismissive, insensitive, and inconsiderate of guest safety--especially for women traveling alone or returning to the hotel late at night. Guest safety should be a top priority, and directing guests to walk through dark, unlit areas is unacceptable. The exterior of the hotel, the lobby, the elevator and the hallways or extremely outdated also. I hope management addresses the entrance and lighting issues promptly to ensure all guests feel safe and secure during their stay before they are on an episode of first 48
