I was here for a work trip. I would not recommend staying here voluntarily…read more Mattress and pillows were comfortable enough. The shower gel (which smelled very nice) was nearly empty even though I newly checked in, so I had to use shampoo on my body instead. Water pressure in the shower is awful. Then on the 2nd night the hot water did not work. The shower door kept randomly sliding open for all the cold water to spray out. Room service (I only purchased because work would reimburse it) came in cardboard/Styrofoam takeout boxes with plastic utensils. The roasted brussell sprouts tasted like they were steamed. The naked chicken wings were not very crunchy. Cheeseburger (with lettuce, raw onions, tomatoes. No ketchup or dressing added!) was super dry (to be fair, I ordered it medium. But most restaurants can handle a medium well burger without drying out the meat). The Bonvoy lounge was the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was a nice hearty spread of bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, pastries and juice. One of the evening spreads included potstickers and battered shrimp.

I booked…read morethis hotel because I trusted the Hyatt name and believed it would be a safe, comfortable place for our family to stay for two nights. Looking back, I wish I had just splurged and stayed at the hotel across from the Georgia Aquarium. The first room we were assigned had a toilet that didn't work. For the amount of money we paid for a two-night stay, that was completely unacceptable. Overall, the hotel felt more like a Holiday Inn Express than a Hyatt, which was extremely disappointing given the price and the Hyatt brand. During our stay, someone was smoking marijuana in the hotel, and several guests were loud and disruptive, creating an atmosphere that felt unsafe. Because of this, we didn't feel comfortable using the pool. Housekeeping never came to clean our room, provide fresh towels, or restock the in-room coffee supplies. That was especially frustrating because the hotel had run out of coffee at breakfast, forcing us to leave the property and buy coffee elsewhere. For a Hyatt, this level of service was completely unacceptable. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. It consisted mostly of processed food and fell far short of the quality I expect from a Hyatt. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Hyatt. The property felt run-down, dingy, and poorly managed. Considering what we paid, the value simply wasn't there. I believe the hotel should be thoroughly evaluated to determine why the quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience have declined so significantly.

What lacks in this property are two important things: (1) there is no service elevator and the two main elevators are used by housekeeping which cause delays and long wait times in the morning (2) The Breakfast set up was missing healthier options like yogurt and hard boiled eggs. I was pleasantly surprised. The property was converted to a Crowne Plaza in 2021 following a major renovation, and it shows. I really liked the layout and décor of my room. The modern bathroom with a glass shower was a favorite, and the AC system worked exceptionally well. I used the workout room three mornings during my stay and found it well equipped with modern machines and plenty of options. My one suggestion would be to keep the room cooler, especially when several people are working out at the same time. I was surprised the hotel doesn't have a coffee shop. The Keurig in my room didn't look particularly clean, so one morning, rather than making an early run to Starbucks, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel. That was probably the weakest part of my stay. First, I learned they don't make espresso drinks. Then I ordered a Denver omelette off the menu and waited more than 15 minutes, despite the restaurant having very few customers a little after 6 a.m. At that point, I realized I should have gone with the buffet and had my food immediately. I was attending a training about five miles away, so the location worked perfectly for me, with several easy routes to get where I needed to go. Overall, I came away more impressed with Crowne Plaza than I expected. The updated room, comfortable accommodations and excellent workout facility made this a very solid stay.

We had a couple of meals at the onsite restaurant. My son had the breakfast buffet daily and we had some drinks / dinner on two of the nights. The restaurant in the evening seemed a bit short staffed and slow but it was okay. The morning staff was super sweet and attentive and the buffet is very reasonably priced. Our room did have a slight smell when we arrived but I didn't complain as we were exhausted and we got used to it. We slept well and were pleased with the bathroom amenities. Housekeeping came daily as well. The lobby is spacious and they were fine with bringing food in, so we ordered pizzas one night and the kids enjoyed that. The fitness room is small but more than adequate -- I wish I would have used it more. I would definitely stay here again - especially for future PPA tournaments at nearby Life Time Peachtree Corners!

There were a few workers just sitting in one of the seats, not having a care in the world, talking crap about some person and what not. The point is, if the app says something will be available at 5 PM, then perhaps it's a good idea to have somebody there at 5 PM. Not a great experience. Don't come with very high expectations here.

The breakfast was definitely on the cheap side compared to most comfort inns; no grits or oatmeal station, little variety in their pastries. No hot chocolate for the kiddos. Worse, they served the same hot food both days whereas most comfort inns mix the hot stuff up each day so you have some variety. Finally, the staff was clearly understaffed/overworked. What made the situation much worse was trying to get our money back for the night THEY could no longer accommodate us. I spent more than an hour arguing with the manager before she finally agreed to refund the third night. Her attitude throughout the situation was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We ended up booking another hotel in town and were honestly glad to leave. A hotel that overbooks its rooms and then makes guests fight for a refund for a night they cannot provide is not somewhere I would trust with my money again. Do not book here! When I contacted the front desk around midnight regarding the locked entrance, I was simply told to use another door located on the opposite side of the hotel. Unfortunately, that area is very dark and poorly lit, making it difficult to see and creating safety concerns. Many guests have also expressed concerns about parking in that area due to the lack of lighting. However, during my whole stay (over a week) it has continually been locked late at night and during the day forcing guests to go to the end of the building. The front desk's response was dismissive, insensitive, and inconsiderate of guest safety--especially for women traveling alone or returning to the hotel late at night. Guest safety should be a top priority, and directing guests to walk through dark, unlit areas is unacceptable. The exterior of the hotel, the lobby, the elevator and the hallways or extremely outdated also.
