I bought 4 Hankook tyre from them and I tyre had bubble and when I took it for inspection, I found that the tyre is imported and Hankook Australia does not cover warranty, these people don't give a damn. when I went to the other tyre company to get new tyre, I found that they damaged my tyre while putting it back, I got report from that company and I tried to resolve the issue but they were so arrogant and cocky, that I had to lodge the complaint against them at VCAT. VCAT made the order against them but now they are not paying the order. I am forced to go to magistrate court now, but you can imagine the hassle I am going through. I took my 04 Falcon wagon in for a couple of minor electrical jobs & a replacement mirror. The minor electrics he & staff did on the spot, almost for cost. When he repllaced the electric wing mirror I dropped my car off in the morning with no notice (which meant he had to source the part). It was ready by the afternoon and within $10 of cheapest comparison quote. My little brother put his 2000 Corolla in for a major service and what turned out to be a replacement alternator - $700 for the lot incl 2 new tires, alternator and new battery. Ready within 2 days. There's a few young mechanics on staff but Mark seems to be the hands on manager. In both my brother and my case he called to advise of cost and seek permission for the work.I drive past this garage all the time and often lights on and hoists up late at night. Always lots of cars, early and late model, on site. Seems they're working hard to build a good name and repeat business Did he get the bible chapter reference inked on his forearm as a marketing move?.. too cynical? This and his honest face and manner worked on me anyway. He could probably sell me encyclopaedias..

Emails were returned promptly & phone calls returned on time. The work done on the car came out like it was off the showroom floor. The paint job is superb, and even though all panels were not painted, you would never know as it all matches so well. But later on find out another repairer can fix the whole new engine in just $2700. I went back to take my car back then he charged me $280 again for the coolant and changing filters and engine oil for which he already charged me with in $1400 bill at first instance. When I asked for clarification for extra charges he became very abusive and physically assault me. Finally I called police and relive my car after paying illegitimate charges of $280. Friends be careful before you go there because at the first time staff will sound like very friendly but thy will cut your pocket in a way you won't believe. The boys called me to report the items that needed changing. I approved the repairs and my car was ready the same day. Transmission was also serviced because they detected some faults on the MB star equipment they use. Tranny shifted much better after service. Parts replaced were on the bench when I picked up the car. Smart, sharp French guy who has good knowledge of the Benz. I was surprised on how confident he was about his work and my car did feel much smoother after service. I will take my car to them from now on.. Being a girl it's not easy to trust a mechanic, I must admit I was happy to see the old filters and parts before paying my bill..
