NO VAYAN A ESTE TALLER THE WORST EXPERIENCE, save your time and money and don't go to this garbage workshop, we were supposed to have the brake pads changed, and they left them loose, many more parts of the car were damaged because of that and it could have been very dangerous for us.

Some were low, some were super high and Santana just hit the mark all around. Went with Santana Auto Group Service center because Chris talked to me like a human being without upselling me anything extra nor trying to get the most money out of my pockets. He identified the issue, explained in detail what needs to be fixed and gave me a reasonable quote. In the end, Chris gave me comfort that the issue was going to be fixed properly and as expected it was. It is really hard now in days to find an honest, truthful, no hassle, customer-comes-first type of customer service in just any field of work. But rest assure Santana Auto Group Service center is not one them. They earned my time, money, and respect so they are my new go-to auto service shop.

I was searching for a specific car model and year in San Diego with a good price and mileage…read more Before driving to LA, I stopped at a dealership in Chula Vista "by accident," and it turned out to be the best find! They had the exact car I was looking for -- same color, year, make -- but even better: a bigger, nicer model with low miles and a great price. Jorge helped us through the process and made me and my husband feel confident and comfortable about our purchase. I explained my bad credit, but with a large down payment, they worked with me, showed me the interest rates from banks that approved me, and made everything smooth and transparent. They also included a 2-year warranty and assured me that if anything went wrong, I could bring it back and they'd take care of it. The car had a clean record and was well maintained, just as they promised. I'm so glad I ended up "on the wrong side" -- this turned out to be the best purchase of the year. Highly recommend this dealership and Jorge for anyone looking for a great car and excellent service!

My 1995 Tahoe needed a paint job and the quotes I was getting in San Diego were much too high…read more These guys gave me quote that was half as much. Be warned, you get what you pay for. Not only did they do the absolute worst paint job ever, but every time they told me to pick up the car the car was never ready. It takes an hour to get there, then when I arrived the car was never ready, not even close to ready. Each time they made me wait for hours and then three times told me to come back. After my third trip to Tijuana to pick up my car I finally gave up. The lost time and the cost of having to repaint at a reputable painter in the US far exceeds what I "saved" taking my car to Mexico. What disturbed me the most was that a very large and "reputable" California new and used car dealer was having their cars painted there. Makes you wonder. Be very careful next time you buy a used car at any dealer in San Diego county.
