U pay first, and they ask if you want to tip , I would wait to see what kind of service you get ,otherwise u might get bad service , and they got your tip money already . Lively area , music I was here in a Friday . When u grab a new plate they are under the food buffet counter, so u have to excuse yourself to people in line trying to get there food. Or just get really close to them to reach for plate.
