That being said, my car was in desperate need of repairs. I had an accident months ago, and once all the paperwork finally went through, this was where my car was sent to. I had very good communication with everyone who works there. Shout out to Irene, Chris, and Jenice for exemplary customer service. Very pleased with their demeanor - very nice people! As for the work itself, my car, Phoenix, looks brand new. Or at the very least the front bumper where I got hit does. Spectacular craftsmanship. You'd never be able to tell that my car was in an accident. Essentially the entire process was painless. When I first dropped off my car, they had the GEICO and Enterprise associates there. It was quick! The actual work on the car took a bit though. Still, it is what it is and everyone was just lovely. Delays happen; that's life. At any rate, I hope I don't have to use them again, but should I have to, I'd do so happily. Pleased, extremely so.
