We were lucky enough to snag a table in the corner and it was the perfect spot to catch up with my friend. It is seat yourself! Our waitress arrived quickly and we ordered drinks and food. The fried pickles for an appetizer were amazing. Some of the best fried pickles I've had in a while and the ranch was soooo good. Also the portion is huge so we were able to take a lot of home. I had my eye on the mortadella with pistachio cream sandwich from the moment they posted the special on Facebook and it was everything I expected. Sooo yummy and I would eat this everyday for the rest of my life. Super fresh and all the ingredients just paired so nicely. Two Guys Brewing also has a community fridge where they make and put out free meals for those in need and people can come grab some. It's awesome. Can't wait to go back!

I notice a price increase shopping places other than here of at least a dollar or two. And the people are really nice and not judgmental at all no matter what you really buy. They have dutchmaster's along with the usual white owl's/swisher's. A nice party store and just a nice place if you don't want to go all the way to Meijer or Family Fare or even the dollar store.

At 11% ABV the beer was quite strong and I really didn't taste the "s'more" flavor. Meanwhile, the cocktail was super sweet as expected. New Holland has a solid line of beers so you can't really go wrong, but I don't think the S'more flavors worked on tap. Everybody debates whether pineapple should be on pizza but how about mustard?! So I had to try the seasonal Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza and it was delicious! It had cut up fried chicken, ham, and different types of cheese along with scallions and of course mustard. Somehow, they made this work! Service was also great despite the crowds but my only real negative was that they sneak a credit card charge onto the bill and hide the notice at the bottom of the menu. That doesn't fee transparent when businesses do that but otherwise, we enjoyed our time at The Knickerbocker.

For $25, you can pick steak, chicken, or birria tacos; you can mix and match any way you like, so we got 2 steak and 8 birria. It comes with cilantro and onions and salsa roja and verde. I was told the birria tacos were the same as the quesabirria, but just know that for this Tuesdays special, they're not -- it is only the birria taco meat with consommé on the side, no cheese or taco shells dipped in the consommé. UPDATE: My fiancé went back here with his dad a few days later, and he claims the chips tasted old or stale and the birria cheese dip appetizer was too watery and did actually come with birria in it (he had to ask for it and was given a tiny portion). While browsing their website, I also found out that there would be open mic night on Thursdays and live music/ concerts on Monday nights which is always fun! We sat at the bar and we were pretty close to the musicians so it was kinda loud but my friend and I were still able to have our conversation. We came on a Thursday night around 6:30pm and it was already a steady amount of people there but as the night progressed the restaurant was more busy. Street parking wasn't too hard to find at this time or maybe we just got lucky.I believe the meters are free after 7pm! Walking in, there's bar seating, booth seating, high top table, coffee table seating, and bench style seating where you can sit yourself.
