It went on for uncomfortable minutes and I just started shouting him down to stop yelling at her. He was such a jerk. Then he started yelling at me that he would do whatever he wanted in his store and to see what happened if I kept telling him what to do in his own store. I am happy to buy my liquor from any of his 25 local competitors, and hope he loses more customers every time someone reads this review and every time he opens his mouth to berate his employees like an unprofessional bully.

My wife and I drove there from Lancaster PA, this was our second trip, and when we got there, the doors were locked because they changed to fall hours. One of the staff came out and instead of making us wait 45 minutes, they opened the door, seated us inside, let us use the restroom, gave us a small sample of one of their beers that wasn't yet released and allowed us to wait until they were open. We got to meet the owner, Anthony, he and his staff are the friendliest, most wonderful people, and very accommodating. They didn't have to be, but they were, and then some! During his rounds, he stopped back to make sure we were being taken care of and was just so nice to us. Like I said earlier, this was our second trip, and both times were just amazing experiences! We originally went for the beer, but fell in love with the food, atmosphere, and overall experience. It is a two-and-a-half-hour trip from where we live, but well worth the drive. If you get a chance to try their beer, please do! But if you want to visit a great brewery and restaurant you will joyfully remember, then visit them! What If is a hazy IPA, and one of their many great offerings. The food is amazing and delicious, and the service is the gold standard in my book! My wife and I will always be their biggest fans! The owner and Manager have personally reached out to rectify and discuss in further details shortly after not once but several times wanting to know not only what went wrong but who did we deal with and how they could resolve our opinion of their service and what we thought of them at whole. I am not one to be bribed , bought , begged , or have anyone twist my arm to get me to write a retraction on a review I write . I speak truthful and honestly when I write a review. I had no intention of ever going back to this place again. But as a business owner myself in the food industry. I have an understanding of sincerity and truthful, honesty, and a person . The Owners themselves sincerely appreciate their customers. They do not ever want to leave a bad taste or negative impression on anyone. If they have an opportunity to fix a problem they do and will go through all measures to fix a problem if it means keeping customers satisfied and happy. I was very surprised to see the swift action taken . Not just quick words used to pacify a customer to quickly respond and do a quick fix . The owners were not like that . The response was professional! Respectfully done and backed by professional action . I didn't rush back with my husband. But months later we decided to give it a chance . We did not give any warning we were coming back. We came in on a whim . Last minute decision. To our surprise we were pleasantly surprised to see they took our advice and our opinions seriously and we enjoyed our dinner. The service was excellent and definitely improved from our last visit. So much so this has become our weekly Monday night date night . We enjoy going to trivia night on Mondays . The staff who work at Alternate Ending now are better trained and are very friendly. The food is top notch . The trivia night is amazing, fun , a we look forward to it every Monday. The beer is top notch . The managers are always available for suggestions and feedback and if a problem should arise are ready to handle it immediately. I highly recommend coming here . Not many place take customers service as seriously as Alternate Ending did. We later on after several visits let the owner and manager know we came back and we were very happy to see the positive changes that were made and we were highly impressed with how much they appreciated their customers.
