From the moment we contacted them through the entire process, Andrew (the owner) treated us with professionalism and care. It was great to work with a business who communicates clearly and takes pride in their service. Andrew took the time to explain each step of the process. By the end, we had exposed markers, additional stakes marking the property boundary, pictures of our plot, and a clear understanding of where everything is and why. We may not need their services again, but if we do, we will not hesitate to work with Miller Land Surveying again. We highly recommend them.

He gave me 15 minutes of his time and some good suggestions on where to start, and even referred me to a surveyor named Dan Gilbert who works out in this area and has really low overhead and felt it would be much more cost-effective for me to contact Mr. Gilbert. I'm so impressed by his generosity and willingness to put my interests above his profit. If I ever had a major issue concerning a survey or land boundaries, I'd surely go to Statewide for help. With a staff of 30, they are serious about the business and I'm certain they possess the expertise to handle any problem.

This place was terrible to work with. Contracts were signed in April and the job was NOT started…read morefor two months. They were very slow getting completed paperwork into the county for consideration. As the owner said, we really dropped the ball on this one. My realtor and myself made repeated telephone calls to request updates and we were literally lied to. Papers were claimed that they were submitted and reports should be back later today or tomorrow were still sitting in there desk - I assume unfinished because they still weren't submitted the following week either. Hire someone else! You won't be sorry. It's not worth it to lose the entire building season waiting for these guys.

I recently purchased a home via Mary Anne in North Bend, OR and my experience was nothing like I…read morehave had before with a Realtor. Mary Anne was so accommodating to both me and my daughter. We had previewed homes that interesed us in the area prior to making the trip to Oregon. Mary Anne helped to eliminate some of those choices after she qualified us and found out what we were actually looking for in a home. When she showed us the homes remaining on the list, she took her time and explained the area, as well as the home. She showed us a brand new listing that was not yet on our list and we discovered that she really did her homework with us. That is the home we ended up purchasing. Mary Anne, showed us the local area, as well...even drove us to Sunset Beach and the State Park to see what was around the area. She took her time with us and we never felt rushed. In fact, it was like spending the few days we were there, with an old friend. Even after the sale, Mary Anne has been extremely helpful assisting us with trades people to do some of the work required on the home prior to us moving from CA to OR. Not just referrals but also getting a cleaning team there to clean for us...assistance with fireplace insert shopping and offering to do any of the contractor walk throughs for us. If you want to feel like your Realtor is working just for you...then go to Oregon Choice and work with Mary Ann Lehouiller. Sandy M Now a resident of North Bend, OR

He even met me at the house about 3 or 4 times before we closed. He was always responsive, which was important to me as I really wanted to be closely updated on progress with everything. On top of that, he has a laundry list of vendors for every possible fix, and even came out to the house after we closed with someone to quote me on getting some trim and doors fixed. I would highly reccomend him!
