He lets his admin assistant respond from his email, in a way that makes you believe it is him. The phone number on those emails is a general number, NOT answered by Michael. He listed my property incorrectly, took him two months (and countless reminders from me) to get photos of the property taken, and REFUSED to release me from representation, even after i asked multiple times. This all caused significant delays in selling my property. I would not recommend Michael or his office to anyone. This is bad business for Berkshire Hathaway.

When a friend and former client of mine in Loudoun County (Northern Virginia, near DC) asked for a…read morereferral to an agent in the Cleveland area who could help them sell a family home, I hit the ground running. Through a variety of sources, I got suggestions on agents in the area and then conducted online research about each one. Once I had a narrowed list I did phone interviews. I finally got the list down to 2 that I could refer with very different business styles, but I felt one was a better personality match... Chris Olsen. The people I referred interviewed him, met him and liked him. They hired Chris to sell the home and the sale went surprisingly quick and seamless... he delivered service that exceeded expectations right down to the nitty gritty about making sure to keep me updated when they hit major thresholds (agreed on a plan, listed the house, got a contract, sold the home). I was very pleased and would refer him again in a heart beat. The clients were also very happy.

The Young Team is a well-organized unit, ready to deploy for customers' needs. There are dedicated specialists for each step of the process. My wife and I worked with Josh, Emily, Michelle, and Hailie to market our home, set the right price, negotiate a fair offer, and close. Jenni also did a great job taking pictures of our house, making a nice home look even better. The team went out of their way to explain every part of the process, so we understood the decisions we were making and why. Ultimately, we got a good price for our home in a reasonable amount of time, and were very satisfied with the expertise, care, and dedication each member of the team had for our sale and us. We would love to work with this team again.

I was immediately put in contact with a lender for an improvement loan and provided with a reliable contractor, Sigma Dwelling Systems, who provided all rehab services including basement waterproofing. I was very pleased with his work and would definitely recommend him to other prospective homebuyers. Ovi was very willing to meet a number of contractors to get several estimates which was extremely helpful as a new home buyer. My rehab loan was then closed on time by Andrew. I made the decision to sell my house this year to move to Ireland! I, of course, contacted Ovi and Dave who immediately went to work. We had more than 29 showings, and Ovi was very willing to work with my difficult work schedule to change the show times as necessary. My house sold in 10 days! The closing went just as smoothly. Robert (whom I met at a Christmas party of Ovi and Dave's) even came to my house to have me sign the paperwork. I can't thank Ovi and Dave enough for their help and guidance with my first experience as a homeowner. I would highly recommend this team to everyone I know!

This is the worst review I have ever written, and it represents the absolutely worst customer…read moreservice experience my husband and I could possibly have had. We have been looking at properties to purchase in the greater Cleveland area. There was an active listing with Ms Rule as the agent. She is also the owner/resident of the property. Our agent scheduled an appointment. We just flew in to see this house, what a mistake. We showed up on time. We were greeted at the door of the home by what I like the witch in Hansel and Gretel! She is the agent and owner of the house. Apparently she peaks out and if she doesn't like what you look like, she says, "the bedroom is upstairs, it's not right for you"!!!! And a few other judgmental words are barked from the crack in the door. Is she a bigot? Is she discriminating? Is she problematic???? Whatever she is, is clearly rude, impossible and someone who doesn't represent well. We of course turned around and walked away. We would never, ever chose to do business with this type of person. We recommend others save time and trouble, avoid her.
