Although lovely to look at, this couch was shoddily built with a support system made of particle board which we discovered when the whole thing cracked and sank to the floor. Neal came over to assess the situation and although it was not an easy fix he rebuilt the supports with solid hardwood and the sofa is better than ever. I highly recommend this knowledgeable man, he knows his craft. Hire Midern Times, but don't buy West Elm!

I asked quite firmly to have the boxes removed. He hesitantly removed the boxes and left the discarded boxes the styrafoam and was rude and disorderly. He said i don't take garbage. I spent 473.00. Anyone looking at this review, go elsewhere for furniture. While the prices may be somewhat of a discount. The behavior of the delivery man whom i suspect was the owner. Was a complete ass. Not worth your time. Customer service was lost in translation.
