Although lovely to look at, this couch was shoddily built with a support system made of particle board which we discovered when the whole thing cracked and sank to the floor. Neal came over to assess the situation and although it was not an easy fix he rebuilt the supports with solid hardwood and the sofa is better than ever. I highly recommend this knowledgeable man, he knows his craft. Hire Midern Times, but don't buy West Elm!

BreAnna Bologna was very pleasant to work with and very helpful, I now know how to tell which fabrics are more durable than others. :) I described my vision for the chair and after looking at enough fabric samples to reupholster the Empire State Building and getting suggestions from BreAnna, I made my choices.
