Easy to stay here. So many nice little touches. The breakfast is good, the rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been a guest several times and have brought 2 new guessts last time and 1 this time. We all agree it's convenient and just what we need when in Maastricht. read more

It's a wonderful hotel made for millennial generation. The lobby is fantastic and the breakfast is equally decadent. I stayed here during my visit to Maastricht University. I love their staff they are so helpful and I love the concept of how nicely designed the hotel is. The rooms are minimalist but designed for people to socialize downstairs. The design of the hotel is great. read more

And the nespresso coffee machine did not work - they overcharged me for touristtax (double of what i should have paid). Luckily, i checked the bill. I was sharing the room with my daughter and she would have preferred privacy in her bathtub. The location is fantastic as there are plenty of shopping areas and restaurants. You're only a short walk to the historic downtown area as well as the train station. Parking is located about 50 meters from the hotel and the cost is 24 Euro for the night. The breakfast is 21 Euro which is a bit pricey but the food and service was excellent. The staff made omelets and freshly squeezed orange juice. If you're looking to save a few Euro there are plenty of breakfast options in the area. The room itself was very modern and comfortable and should we find ourselves back in the area we would stay here again.

I reported it to the front desk and they promised to have someone look at it ASAP but since I had to depart within the hour I requested they look into it after I vacated the room. Jason from the Front Dest kindly sent a follow-up a few days later. Since I only stayed at the hotel for less that 18 hours of which most I was at meetings I'm sure it would have been resolved quickly. I have stayed here many times over the years and never had the problem before. Pros: location, staff, breakfast. Cons; Probably a refresh is in order, interesting to get to if you're driving. Will I stay again, of course.

I definitely recommend a visit to Maastricht but I DO NOY recommend the Crowne Plaza. PS. One star for location near train station - a short 10 minute walk.

Maastricht is one of my favourite little places to get away in the Netherlands. This wonderful little cathedral city has so much culture and history, it's a must visit! A great place to getaway with your lover for the weekend or to shop until you drop with your girlfriends. I am Catholic, so I enjoyed seeing the saints placed everywhere.The best time to go is in spring or summer, so you can enjoy wondering through the city on foot or bike.

This year for The European Fine Art Fair, we selected Designhotel…read more Upon check-in, we were advised there was a free TEFAF city-shuttle departing every 30 min, starting at 10:30am and hotel parking was located at the garage at the train station - which was a couple of blocks away. 14€ / day However the following morning as we inquired after the shuttle, the girl at the desk acted like she did not know what we were talking about and was adamant there was no shuttle, only a paid-BMW service - turned out that the hotel itself was not participating in the TEFAF free shuttle but one of the hotels down the block down was participating .....it would have been nice if you had directed us there instead of making us pay for transportation - needless to say we found the free shuttle to take us back, and walked the half-block Our room was directly beside the elevator so we heard hallway noises most of the night but luckily neighbors were relatively quiet. Soft, bouncy, beds that were fairly uncomfortable but given we were only there for 2 nights, it was no big deal. The heating was super strong & we ended up opening the windows. Water pressure was decent and aside from the shuttle mishap, it was an A-OK stay. We would ask for a room away from the elevator if considering a future stay but would check out other hotels first

Wij voelden ons zeer welkom bij aankomst. De verwelkoming was vriendelijk, professioneel en vlot. Het hotel ligt in het centrum. Alles is op loopafstand bereikbaar. Onze kamer was niet groot maar groot genoeg. Modern met een twist en van de noodzakelijke zaken voorzien. Alle kamers zijn voorzien van Hastens bedden. Zeer comfortabel. De badkamer was ook niet groot maar goed ingedeeld en praktisch. Goede douche. Erg plezierig vonden wij de lounge waar je in een plezierige omgeving en op goede stoelen of banken iets uit de aanwezige kranten of magazines kunt lezen, een drankje drinken of zomaar nog even relaxen. Ontbijt was goed. Kortom wij zullen zeker de volgende keer weer hier naar toe gaan. Zowel voor een zakelijk als privé overnachting. Mede omdat in de omgeving, op loopafstand voldoende leuke eet- of drinkgelegenheden zijn. Mijn man en ik zijn reeds eerder in dit hotel geweest nl. in de zomervakantie van 2010. Wij verbleven er toen 3 nachten. Bij aankomst kregen wij een gratis upgrade naar een luxe kamer, een ruime kamer met mooi bad. Wij waren er met de trein, zelf onze fietsen meegenomen, de ligging van het hotel was super. Wij konden onze fietsen in de garage van het hotel zetten. Het centrum was ong. 15 a 20 minuten lopen, het was een leuke wandeling door mooie wijken. Dit jaar gingen we carnaval vieren in Mestreech en kwam Townhouse het goedkoopste uit de bus. We zijn 1 nacht geweest met weer een gratis upgrade naar de luxe kamer, t was niet druk. Het hotel in zijn geheel bevalt ons goed, 't voelt als een beetje thuiskomen, weer mooie kamer, netjes en verzorgd. Het ontbijt was ook weer heerlijk en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Als het aan ons ligt komen we vaker terug en zullen het ook onze vrienden aanraden. read more

Een prima hotel, met een goede sfeer. Je wordt gastvrij ontvangen en wij troffen een internationaal gezelschap waar we 's morgens mee ontbeten. We hebben op de bovenste verdieping van het gebouw geslapen. De kamer was leuk ingericht, prima bed en douche gelegenheid. De ligging van het hotel is op loopafstand van het centrum en het station (houdt hier rekening mee wanneer je graag met open raam slaapt). Wij hebben onze auto geparkeerd in de parkeergarage van het hotel, ondanks dat we maar een nacht in het hotel verbleven mocht onze auto wel de volle dag van aankomst en vertrek in de parkeergarage staan. Voor iedereen die wil overnachten in Maastricht raad ik Townhouse hotel aan. read more

De kamer was niet ruim maar zeer schoon. Het bed was heel hoog, maar erg goed met top-dek matras en prima kussen.Ondanks dat het station in de buurt ligt heb ik geen trein gehoord, de isolatie is dus prima. Vriendelijke ontvangst met kopje soep. Ik was met mijn partner maar als je met een vriendin gaat, waarbij een beetje privacy wel prettig is, dan vind ik de louvre-deur voor de douche en toilet een beetje minimalistisch. Een spiegel in de slaapruimte zou ook wel handig zijn. Vrouwen hebben soms net wat meer tijd nodig... s'-avonds kun je beneden prima zitten. Er is wat leesvoer en je kunt een drankje bestellen. Een prima tweedaags verblijf genoten in Townhouse Hotel. Gastvrije en vriendelijke ontvangst. Prima ontbijtbuffet, verantwoord en vers. Goed bereikbaar met zowel trein als auto, maar het parkeertarief aan de straat, het P&R terrein en eigen hotelgarage is begrotelijk. Onze auto stond tegenover het hotel op een betaald parkeren plaats. Het kaartje was geldig tot 31/5/11 08:01. Om 08.30 zette mijn man de auto op het P&R terrein en helaas zat er al een prent achter de ruitenwisser a Eur 54,60. Kamer in orde, maar het grote, heerlijke Hastens bed neemt wel veel ruimte in beslag (medium kamer). De rainshower maakt veel goed ... douchen is zo een happening. read more

Wij hadden 2 nachten geboekt waaronder 1 nacht via voucher TMobile. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk, zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was mooi, schoon en heerlijke bedden. Klein minpuntje: de louvredeur als badkamerdeur doet erg gezellig maar geeft te weinig privacy. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en als toetje werden er poffertjes met verse aardbei rondgebracht. De high tea is eveneens een aanrader: teveel en te lekker! Wij komen hier zeker weer terug, een aanrader! read more

Wij hadden een tweepersoonskamer geboekt voor 1 nacht. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk, erg vriendelijk personeel. Ondanks dat we te vroeg waren konden we gelijk in de kamer. De kamer was leuk ingericht, en een heerlijk bed. enige minpuntje aan de kamer was dat de vloer niet echt schoon was.. Wij hadden een kamer naast de lift dus dat hoorde je af en toe ook wel. Het ontbijt was echt top! Kortom een leuk verblijf gehad en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. read more

Fantastische sfeer en een zeer hartelijke ontvangst heeft ons verblijf zeer aangenaam gemaakt. Top lokatie vlakbij het station. Een aanrader om te eten in de wijken wijck en céramique in plaats van de duurdere en meer toeristische pleinen over de brug. Vergeet niet het vogeltje te kopen bij de receptie, om te voorkomen dat er vroeg in de ochtend aan de deur wordt geklopt gevolgd door een verbale aanmaning in de woorden van 'reminder housekeeping'. read more

Nice design hotel, 2 minutes walking from the station and ten minutes walking from the city center. At your arrival a fresh soup is offered by the receptionists. Our room was not so big but comfortable with a balcony looking at the street. The bed was a little high and for long stay we underline that there is no wardrobe. Breakfast can be improved. Wij hebben woensdag overnacht in Townhouse. We waren in Maastricht voor een diploma-uitreiking. Het hotel was zeer goed, zowel de ruime kamer, de Hastens bedden en de badkamer. Uitstekende Prijs-kwaliteit vehouding. Op loopafstand, 10 minuten van de oude binnenstad aan de overkant van de Maas. Perfecte Parkeerplaats bij hotel of P+R aan de overzijde van de straat. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben drie dagen en twee nachten gelogeerd in dit super hotel. De sfeer is uitstekend en het personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Zelf heb ik in veel hotels gelogeerd. Dit is een van de beste. Ga zo door. De huiskamer sfeer, ook tijdens het ontbijt, gecombineerd met de desk in een ruimte is heel apart en heeft een rustige uitstraling. read more

Heel prettig en vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk bed, zo breed dat ik mijn vriend de hele nacht niet heb kunnen vinden in bed. Fijne badkamer, schoon, prima douche. We hadden een basiskamer geboekt maar kregen bij incheck de grootste! Hele mooie kamer met heerlijk Hastingsbed, balkon, fijne badkamer met bad en dichte deuren, zitje en superschemerlamp!
