This seems like a ghost town. It's so small and a lot of the houses are run down and under-utilized. I imagine there may have been a hay-day a long time ago during World War I where there may have been strawberry festivals or ice cream socials or fourth of july parades and pie and maybe even a small town beauty queen in there, but it appears that more than half the population has either left or sadly are no longer living. I read the population is about 48.
The town is odd in that it is legally incorporated as Krupp but holds elections & has a post office under the name of Marlin hence the name Krupp-Marlin. read more
