It's a pretty big office. The office is located in a commercial/retail complex that looks relatively new. I entered and check in. The waiting area is pretty darn big with a ton of seating and a coffee station and restrooms. I paid my Co-pay at check in. They do not currently offer any digital payment options such as Apple Pay. I politely asked if I could provide a suggestion - the lady at the counter said sure - I requested that they provide my feedback to the powers that be to offer a digital payment option. I visited with Dr. Lorenzetti. He's a nice, very energetic, enthusiastic Doctor. The insurance company I have have been extremely difficult to work with this year. They have given me the run around in approving several MRI's required for a surgery I need. I witnessed both Nancy and Shannon (on separate occasions) take on the insurance and get the necessary approvals for the test I needed. I did not feel alone throughout the process.
