Anywho, I spent the better part of one of my vacation days getting towed to discount tire. While this was inconvenient and frustrating I ended up having a positive experience. AGA Wrecker Service is a family-owned business. I specifically worked with Andy and Samuel. They embody professionalism, responsiveness, and respect. I value these things in a company and they exceeded my expectations! No one wants to need a tow for whatever reason, however, if the time comes I HIGHLY recommend AGA! We had used them before for another vehicle we own that was struck by a dump truck with a pup trailer. The repair work on the truck was great. This facility has an Enterprise right next door which made it easy to get a car rental until the repairs were completed. Crash Champions definitely has their act together. An agent had all our information beforehand and we went out and they marked up all that they thought needed to be done. Shelby, our main contact kept us informed by text or by phone call the progress every few days. They give you an expected date based on the parts and work that has to be done. It took almost a month to complete.I am an extremely picky person and wanted some parts of the door rebuffed. When it was done we retrieved my car and after doing a cleaning detail on the interior, noticed the inside of the door was missing some paint. I called and returned it and they had it done in a few hours. Shelby always called to let us know what was being done. I knew the parts might take time to get. I was worried that the paint wouldn't match because it it an older, yet beautiful vehicle. I hope I don't ever have to make another trip to have our vehicles repaired but people are so distracted while driving and even those that drive defensively don't have much of a chance anymore.
