He was friendly and professional. My crown was back on in a jiffy. I am so appreciative that he was able to get me in and take care of me. None of the other dentists I called could do it on short notice. Thanks again Dr Rogol! Go Rhody!

I am a new patient of Dr. Rogol's and everything I've experienced so far has been incredible. Yes,…read morethat's what I said. Incredible. Who says that about a dentist?? I have a few cracked teeth that need caps and I had my first one yesterday. Dr. Rogol has an in-office set up such that he and his staff can actually make the new tooth onsite. This means I was able to be in and out in 2 hours with a brand new perfectly shaped and fitted tooth. Only one visit, one round of Novocaine, and no temporary cap while the permanent has to be sent out to be made somewhere else. The technology to do this is incredible! The other amazing part is that Dr. Rogol has called me or responded to my calls personally which has absolutely NEVER happened with any doc or dentist in my 57 years. I could go on, but I'm just so happy to be in the care of a healthcare professional that really "cares" about my "health"! Looking forward to a long relationship with Dr. Rogol and his staff as my age dictates I'll probably be having more and more "things" to deal with in my mouth :-/ Thanks to the whole office! Old school Dentist. Went in for an extraction and was in and out in less than an hour. The care I…read morereceived was great. The Doctor was personable and professional. The office workers and nurses were wonderful and friendly.

Worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of having at any doctor or dentist. I was there…read morefor a broken tooth that needed extracting. I unintentionally left my x-rays at home and the rude staff expressed their displeasure with eye rolls, stating "What a great start to the day". In the chair, I let the nurse know that I usually required at least two doses of novocaine. She curtly responded "we give you enough". The Doctor shuffled in, didn't introduce himself or even speak to me, just picked up the needle and said this will sting and jabbed me. After a few minutes later I still didn't feel numb and told them the tooth still hurt. Dr. Mellane jabbed me anyway, making me jump and he let out an exasperated sigh. He jabbed me with more novocaine and after a few minutes started working on the tooth. I was still not numb enough. He managed to get half the tooth out while i cried out and writhed in pain. He stopped when I cried out particularly loudly and just stood there looking away from me for at least a minute. It was extremely awkward and I finally asked "what's next?." He responded that i wasnt going to get anymore numb and that I could either wait until I finished the antibiotics I was on or I could "Deal with it". I decided to finish my antibiotics rather than have my tooth dug out of my gum when I wasn't even numb. The attitude of everyone in this office, the receptionist, the nurse and the dentist, was so cold and unsympathetic. I was referred because I have state dental and felt that my treatment was a direct result of that. I will never return to this office and would not recommend them to my worst enemy
