Despite warnings from a Woodhaven Lakes Realtor, we decided to give RV Doctor a call. We explained that we needed the inspection done by a given date - and it was completed on time. No problem with them at this point. After a few days we called for a quote to remedy some problems that were found with the inspection but, after three telephone calls -- and as many promises to call us back -- we did not hear from them. Perhaps it sounds a bit rigid, but if a company tells you they will "definitely call you back with the information", and after three calls they haven't, I think they have failed me as a consumer, and more personally, a customer. I would not recommend them if you are in a hurry, or if you want them to call back -- a 50/50 bet!

(This was a Saturday afternoon mind you) we settled on getting two new tires for now and would follow up with the other two later down the road. There was no runaround or hidden fees, he was just straight up on what the prices would be out the door to help me make the best decision for me. They had me up in running in a short time after the tires arrived. Very friendly place and the service was awesome. Ditch the big box stores and support your locals! Will definitely be taking my vehicles back here when I run into issues.

Service was exceptional! Thank you!!…read more My daughter's car (a Ford Escape) needed a new alternator. Per usual, the issue arose 2 days before she had to return to Ann Arbor. My Ford dealer was too busy to work us into their schedule so we took it to Princeton Chevrolet. They understood the timing issue and worked us right in for the repair. So everything is right on track! Then I receive a call and was informed that while changing the alternator the AC compressor was damaged (with the Escape you have to remove the compressor to get to the alternator). With the timing of my daughter's return to Ann Arbor it was not possible to get the replacement part before she had to leave town (this was in January so she didn't require AC at that point anyway) . Scott, the Service Advisor at Princeton Chevrolet, informed me that he had discussed the issue with their Service Manager (Andrew) and that they knew the compressor had been damaged and that they would take care of it. Two months later my daughter is back in town and I call Scott at Princeton Chevrolet. In all honestly, prior to making the call I was curious how this conversation was going to go. In any event, right out of the box Scott tells me - not a problem, I remember this well. Bring the car in and we'll take care of it. I just got back home with the Escape, it has a fully functional air conditioner and the full cost of the repair was covered by Princeton Chevrolet! I very much appreciated the honesty and straight forward conversations with Scott. Not convinced I'd have received the same level of service at other establishments. Thank you AGAIN to Scott, Andrew and the others at Princeton Chevrolet!!! I'll definitely be back to support your business!

WARNING TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS:…read more My husband and I recently tried to purchase a vehicle through Princeton Auto Group, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The two representatives handling our application, Samantha and Joshua, repeatedly told us they were "working hard" to help us obtain financing. However, throughout the process we were treated in a way that made us feel like we were unworthy customers rather than people trying to purchase a vehicle in good faith. We were asked to gather multiple documents quickly and submit them for verification. We did exactly that and cooperated fully with every request. Despite this, the communication we received was dismissive and disrespectful. During conversations we often felt talked over, not listened to, and made to feel as though we were somehow less important than other customers. They even went so far as to say that we falsified documents. Buying a vehicle is already stressful, especially for people working hard to rebuild or improve their financial situation. Customers deserve to be treated with dignity and basic respect during that process. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Samantha and Joshua at Princeton Auto Group. Because of how we were treated, we chose to withdraw our application and take our business elsewhere. We hope Princeton Auto Group takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated during the financing process. -- James & Marla Boyer If dealership management or ownership would like to review this situation or discuss what happened, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with someone who values respectful and transparent customer service. Our intention in sharing this experience is simply to ensure that future customers are treated with professionalism and dignity.
