Before I got to OnTop Tow Truck Roadside Assistance, I had already spent twenty minutes phoning businesses that lacked the necessary tools. The dispatcher confirmed that a low-profile unit was available and understood what underground garage towing meant without my having to explain. After arriving, the driver independently measured the entrance clearance and descended the ramps to sublevel 2 without coming into touch with the overhead structure. To handle the curves on the way back out, a flat dolly was installed on the rear axle. The handoff, the street level, and the entry were all spotless. Given the equipment, the specialty cost seemed reasonable and upfront. The team saved me from a situation that, if handled incorrectly, would have taken much longer and cost significantly more.

While trying to get service from our Roadside Service Company for two tow trucks, 4 Flatbed tow trucks pulled into the rest area. While still on the phone with our Road Service, my wife asked the tow trucks from Speedy's Tow service if they could help us get started. Turns out they were from Perris, CA on their way home after helping in the towing of autos after the Helena and Milton hurricanes in Florida. All four of them came over to help us out.
