The store has all manner of accessories and printing onto mugs, canvas and large blow up prints. They have slide processing, gift cards and quick printing from USB sticks or CD's. The staff is knowledgeable about print services and are helpful. Lab quality prints are always impressive but Agfa like most print shops are coming under competition from home printing, which can now easily beat lab quality prints with the right equipment. If you are looking to save on digital prints, excess printing can reduce the cost especially at the 6x4" size.

At least the services that they provide are a little bit more straightforward! They are essentially a full service digital and SLR photography specialist, offering a 30 minute photographic service, films converted into CD images for as little as £0.99 and a same day service for black and white images. They also carry a lot of photographic stock and peripherals. The staff are really knowledgeable, and can advise on a broad range of requirements. They assist amateurs and professional photographers alike, their prices are really reasonable, and they are open when you need them to be! This is a great little shop!

Internet City is a popular internet and laptop repair shop at the city centre end of City Road…read more They have a lot of desk top machines for internet use, that are conveniently partitioned to allow for a more private means of publically going on-line. This makes using Skype, gaming or even watching a film entirely feasible, without feeling as though the rest of the world is watching you. Clearly a good headset is required to make Skype conversations possible... you can either bring your own, or use one of the Internet City headphones without charge. They also have a couple of international phone booths at the rear of the shop. Again, these have been built with privacy in mind, and allow you to talk to friends and family around the world without feeling in any way self-conscious. I've not used their laptop repair service and so I cannot vouch for this. But they seem to stock a selection of accessories and consumables, and so it looks as though they are equipped and know what they are doing. They also offer money transfer with Western Union, but with the controversy surrounding this company, as well as the charges applicable, I think you'll find that it's possible to wire money more inexpensively at Nazzal On-Line up the road.

As internet cafes go this ones got the international phone booths the private desk areas that hide the computer screen from your neighbor and the setups to use skype, email, use the internet or do some work on the fly. With the advent of skype I would of thought all international phone calls would be made from a skype enabled computer, but it hasn't fully changed yet. If you are an international student you will be happy to know they offer western union money transfers, they may be on the excessive side when it comes to the fees and applicable charges so check alabany road for better deals. This internet café charges more than I was ready to part with especially with what I had in mind, would easily exceeded £10 and when there are other internet cafes that cost £10 for the day you can understand why I didn't sit down. The shop also offers laptop repair and accessories sales for peripherals.

I do love this shop as it feels you've stepped back in time upon entering and sells some fabulous art. It's almost as if this could be put on a ye olde Victorian tour of Cardiff. You may be able to make out the paintings of the galaxy in the pic, I bought one of them. The detail on them are fantastic and is reasonably priced (Under £70), the person who served me as well was so lovely that the whole experience from entering to leaving with my fine painting was an absolute joy. Please visit this place, especially if your visiting Cardiff and want to get a real feel of the culture this city has to offer.

Offering picture framing of varying qualities and style, ranging from conventional frames, canvass stretching to box frames, as well as original artwork and prints sourced from around the globe, signed limited edition prints, in addition to local artwork including commissions, if you are looking for something specifically tailored to your tastes. Gallery 66 is a progressive business that has definitely kept up with the times. These days it provides full-time employment for Dan, (Eva's son, who wasn't even born when the business was launched), an immensely talented artist who works in the medium of print, digitally reworking iconic images, embellishing the original concepts with intelligent and creative adaptations, ultimately creating new and original artwork. Music seems to be a key influence, with album covers and portraits of legendary artists providing much of the inspiration for his work. There's also a very definite interest in graffiti, particularly the work of Banksy. Nina, Eva's daughter is also often in the shop. She comes in to help out when she has time off from pursuing her career as a teaching assistant. Being a family business the service levels are second to none. Eva is a vivacious, smart business woman who really knows her stuff. If you have a space on your wall that needs filling, this is where you need to come!
