I couldn't recommend acupuncture, particularly Bentonville Acupuncture and Family Wellness, more…read morehighly. Our journey began last August when we sought assistance with our pregnancy efforts after months of trying. My PCOS diagnosis and years of GI issues had left me feeling helpless. Multiple doctors had labeled me as infertile and suggested medical intervention. However, I wasn't ready to inundate my body with hormones and other things without addressing the underlying issues. That's when we met Dr. Kaye. Our journey started with addressing my GI problems. For years, I suffered from what I could only describe as agonizing episodes of pain and vomiting occurring almost weekly. Both holistic and western medicine doctors couldn't identify the cause or a solution. After a month under Dr. Kaye's care, these issues vanished, and even 14 months later, they haven't returned. With those problems resolved, we successfully conceived within three months under Dr Kaye's care. I wholeheartedly attribute our little girl to the power of acupuncture and God's divine intervention and timing. Dr. Kaye continued to support me throughout my entire pregnancy, addressing concerns such as headaches, fatigue, and morning sickness in the first trimester, providing maintenance care in the second, and preparing me for delivery in the third. Thanks to Dr. Kaye and Jenna's unwavering care and support, I was able to have a natural and healthy delivery, bringing our beautiful baby girl into the world. We are immensely grateful for their dedication and love throughout this remarkable journey.

I was a tad nervous at first, but Brett was super gentle with her techniques. I don't think I felt a single needle enter or exit my skin, but I could immediately feel the benefits and ease of tension throughout my body. Brett recommended we do the 'cupping' treatment when I talked about my bum shoulder. Not only did I get to look like Michael Phelps with the cupping marks....but my shoulder and back felt much, much better - almost like the cups were 'pulling' the soreness out of me. Getting a massage only seemed to drive the pain and soreness down deeper, while Brett's acupuncture treatment had my shoulder feeling the best it has in years. I highly recommend Natural State Acupuncture for anyone with stubborn pain that's ready to try something new (hint: it works).

I mentioned it to a co-worker who lives in Rogers and she referred me to Dr. Santos. Unfortunately, I had suffered for 5 nights and decided to take care of my back 2 days before I returned home. Dr. Santos put me back into place. As a matter of fact, I've been going to chiropractors for 30+ years and haven't had these kind of results in forever. Unfortunately, I live in Los Angeles or he'd my new chiropractor. I'm not small, 6'1 200 lbs. but he was able to manipulate me enough to fix me up which I'm thinking now the chiropractors I'm using here in LA don't have the strength needed for my back! He's extremely reasonable. His prices are what I paid 20 years ago (LA)....and he has a great staff!

*Update: I am now 3 1/2 months into spinal decompression treatment therapy and my pain level is…read morenon-existent. The spacing between my T11/T12 vertebrae is now 7.14 mm, up from 0.9mm when starting July 7th. I had other vertebrae with minimal spacing and causing me problems in both my cervical and lumbar areas of my spine... all of which are now above 7mm in spacing. I also had a severe spine curve in the upper cervical area and it is now straight. I am now back to being mobile and doing things that I once did. This is something I wasn't sure would ever be possible again, or at least not without some sort of back surgery. For anyone that is suffering from back pain or discomfort and having mobility issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to Dr. Jeff Smith at Smith Family Chiropractor in Bentonville, AR, for a no-cost evaluation. What I found appealing with this treatment was, it is a one-time cost for the treatment plan and not something that you have to worry about dragging on for months and months and no end in sight to the costs associated with the treatment. I hope this feedback helps. God bless. -------------------------------------------------- Are you considering "non-surgical spinal decompression therapy (with oxygen)? Are you hesitant. In transparency, I was. My pain was so intense and had taken away my quality of life that I decided it would be worth the risk. In an attempt to maybe help one of you, I want to share my progress up to this point in my therapy. When I started July 7th, 2025, I had disc between T11/T12 vertebrae that had a spacing of 0.9mm. My therapy is occurring twice per week and during my 13th session I had an X-ray and the disc has now quadrupled in size. My pain when starting July 7th had been a 7-8 on a scale of 1-10 and had remained this intense for over three months. Nothing I could do would give me relief. Today, two months into my treatment, my pain level is a 1-2 and is intermittent. Unlike it was two months ago. In addition to the therapy/treatment, Dr. Smith and his entire team are second to none. They treat you like family. From the moment you walk into their office, you quickly realize you - the Patient, along with your health are of the utmost importance. I realize each of our health situations differ, however, I am hopeful that this can help you in determining if it is right for you.
