I arrived today on Saturday about noon to find the wait was 20-30 minutes. No problem, I checked in for my time spot with the lady at the front desk. I told her I would be right back - I was going next door to wash my car and I would be back for my appointment. Why sit and wait when I could be productive? I came back exactly 13 minutes later and she said I needed to check in again. I reminded her I had already checked in 13 minutes ago. She said, no - I checked you out because you left. I reminded her that I had said, I'm going to wash my car next door at the car wash, I'll be right back. She said you left so I took you off the list. At that point the waiting room was even more full. The same people that were there waiting when I arrived were still there waiting. I was so irritated I immediately left. Why would she have done that? She was so nice when I signed up but so rude once I am a customer. The chiropractors are all very nice, it's just the front desk lady needs to improve her customer service skills.

Scheduled me 3 times a week in a high traffic corner.Paid upfront for the x-rays they will not allow me to have. Never saw any forms of improvement which is why I stopped after three months with only 2 minutes of time per visit, but my pocketbook had a hurting put on it. Hated when they put me with the Angry little cheerleader they had adjusting me, really made me uncomfortable.. Would never recommend the clinic or the area. Kept trying to pressure me for products and "stem cell therapy ". Huge waste of time and money!
