Respectful communication, relaxing environment (love the valet stand in the massage room), innovative pricing. I have seen Tracy for Swedish massage and myofascial release. I enjoyed Swedish massage, and Tracy suggested we might try myofascial release for the discomfort from scoliosis and tension I brought to her for therapy. Wow, this technique resonates so well with me, my needs, and my preferences. I am grateful Tracy does what she does here, and recommend her services highly. read more

The business also offers massages, facials, and manicure/pedicure services which I didn't try. This review is specifically for the yoga studio portion. There are 2-3 classes held daily in their beautiful, intentionally designed yoga studio. I attended drop-in classes including Sheila's high intensity class called "Yoga Shred" (this class will make you sweat!) and "Candlelight Flow" with Sarah. Drop-in classes are well priced at $10 per class or $5 for students.

Such a gem in the middle of Nebraska, that our family affectionately refers to it as Emerald City…read more Avani has expert massage therapists, estheticians highly trained in cutting edge techniques and services, the most amazing mani/pedi's around, certified Aveda products, and the coolest boutique ever! Make a day of it or pop in for a regular service; either way, you will be pleased you did. Indulge and let the everyday stresses of life slip away. But, wait! There's Yoga, too! First class yoga instructors who have literally studied around the world. Practice yoga to increase balance and flexibility, but also to find your inner zen! They'll even fetch you lunch from the amazing Back Alley Bakery next door or the fabulous Odyssey restaurant just across the street. Find out for yourself why people drive to Hastings from Omaha, Kearney, Grand Island, even out-of-state just to experience this Nationally Acclaimed Day Spa. How do I know so much about Avani? Because I'm a frequent visitor and hard & fast fan for over 7 years! I love it!!
