He got acrylic on my skin on almost every nail and burned me with the drill several times. Throughout my manicure I showed him pictures of what I wanted yet again and he didn't do as I asked. While getting my pedicure the lady was somewhat friendly but I didn't feel as if she cared about what I wanted. I spent 2.5 hours here just to walk out extremely disappointed. After I left I had realized how bad my nails really were so I decided to call and speak with the manager not knowing he was the one who did my manicure. I spoke with him and he started yelling at me telling me I just wanted my money back and told me they wouldn't give me my money back but would redo them. I showed them the first time what I wanted so why would I want to waste my time on them redoing them?

I am not one to ever leave negative reviews or take to the keyboard to be negative, but I am so disappointed in my experience and the customer service I received after expressing that. I went in over my lunch break the day I am leaving for family vacation, asking for a short, round, ombré but with nude instead of pink (the design is in one of these pictures, but I had picked out a tan nude color when I got there). I showed the photo (which was waved aside) AND picked out a tan nude color at the start. I mentioned that I wanted them round three times in our conversation at the start. She started my acrylics and left them shaped square, which I did not say anything because sometimes they shape them after putting the setting powder on. As my nails were being cut, the person held the scissors and asked where I wanted them cut. As I said shorter, she moved the scissors to a longer position and cut there. I thought not a huge deal because when they get filed down to round, they'll be way shorter. They did one nail and said the "nude" would get darker after it was done (which is usually the case with dip so I said okay). After finishing the powder on all of them, she began shaping them completely squared. At this point, my anxiety was at an all time high because the shape was wrong, the color wasn't changing, and they weren't filed short enough. As someone who gets anxious (and I know I'm not the only person to feel like that) it's extremely hard to correct someone when they get that far into a manicure. THIS is exactly why people like me have an exact picture of what they want at the start. There was no one else in the entire building other than the three workers, so it was very uncomfortable. I paid and left so sad and disappointed that I didn't speak up for myself. I had ten minutes at the end of the day to go back before I needed to leave for vacation. So anxiety aside, I called first and then went back. I stood there while two of the workers argued with each other (while the person I spoke over the phone with sat not saying anything), and left with no solution, no refund, and no desire to ever recommend this salon to anyone. Extremely sad that I budgeted my money carefully to be able to get my nails done for my trip just to be leaving out $55 with nails that I'm going to have to take off in the car.

When my toe nail was cut to the point I jumped because it was cut too close and took skin and was still stuck - instead of taking time to carefully cut it she just pulled until it came loose. I ended the pedicure with no polish and no apology from the lady doing the pedicure. She didn't understand why I didn't want polish and I told her I thought my nail/toe needed to heal before I put polish on. So I got an Ok and charged full price. Had the place been packed and everyone was rushing to take care of people I might have understood why this happened but that was not the case. Feel bad they didn't care enough to keep me as a client.
