I spoke with him and he started yelling at me telling me I just wanted my money back and told me they wouldn't give me my money back but would redo them. I ended the pedicure with no polish and no apology from the lady doing the pedicure. She didn't understand why I didn't want polish and I told her I thought my nail/toe needed to heal before I put polish on. So I got an Ok and charged full price. Had the place been packed and everyone was rushing to take care of people I might have understood why this happened but that was not the case. Feel bad they didn't care enough to keep me as a client.
