Appalling customer service! I purchased some coveralls and used the measurements on their website to choose the size. It took weeks for the item to be delivered after follow ups from myself. The item that eventually arrived was absolutely enormous, so I asked if I could exchange (per their policy) for a smaller size. They said that they couldn't exchange but that I would have to return and place an order for the size I'm after. Having checked aussie post tracking, they've had the returned item for a week but they're telling me that they don't have it and that once they find it, it will take at least four weeks to give me a refund. Seriously? I won't be ordering anything from them again because you can't trust the sizing, you can't trust them to deliver on time, you can't trust them to acknowledge receipt of a returned item and you can't trust them to refund your money. read more
