I had some very shabby looking wheels, so i decided that i was going to sell them and get some newens when the person who was about to buy them said why are you selling them you could easily have them refurbished (i didn't even know that could be done) i decided against selling them (bet that guy wished he hadn't said nowt) so i called the place up they said come down and they would have a look i arranged an appointment and took it back in a week later they did say to me when i got there that it could take upto three days (it was actually five but trust me i'm not gonna complain) i got back the following monday and saw that the wheels had been TOTALly transformed i didn't even recognise them lol. i would recommend the TOTAL WHEEL WORKS treatment to anyone in or around nottingham. since i had it done i have heard that other wheel refurb places have opened up its upto you but i checked out some of these places and they just didn't seem professional at all and the prices were rediculous. total wheels is the way to go. read more

just read johnny's review on total wheel works. i wish my experience was as good as that, but unfortunatly it was very different! i went there and had the wheels on my astra "refurbished" they charged me 45 quid a wheel which i thought was cheap but it would seem you get what you pay for! the wheels looked good but not for long but the worst part was the fact that all four of my tyres were leaking air. i went to quik fit and they told me that this is because when my wheels were refurbed they had not even taken the tyres off they had just pushed them back and they had only painted the front of the wheels which had made the tyres not seal properly. i would not recommend this company. read more

I recently went to total wheel works as i have a mini with the wheels kerbed from the previous owner, The owner came out and had a look at them and said no problem whatsoever but not only that he made a suggestion that i have the wheels powder coated in black (the wheels were silver on a dark silver mini Cooper S) and they look absolutely fab, so much so that on a recent Mini show quite a few people made comment about how good and how different it made the car look. I would recommend them so much so that the chrome wheels on my kit car are going in to be done in a couple of weeks. read more

Having just read 'Banger 77's' review I don't believe that he went to the same place as me! I had called around to get a few quotes on having my wheels powder coated in gloss black. The Wheel Specialist quoted me £350. and the offer on at Total Wheelworks was £180+VAT for exactly the same process. Shot blast and powder coat???? I was reassured that the same process was used by the staff at Total Wheelworks and they were fab from start to finish. I would most definitely recommend them. read more

Collected a set of my alloys this morning (18"rs4) after having useful info from Sam last weekend I decided to for to a gloss black affect, so happy I did. Amazing results, it's not the first time Iv had work done here and probably not the last. For price, quality of work and service they are hard to beat in the East Midlands. Thanks once again.
