I called a handful of businesses in the area, but everyone was too busy to help and was told they were booked out for a week. I called PVE and although they were busy, John graciously helped me out and fit me in that afternoon to replace both brakes. He did an excellent job at a very fair and reasonable price. I am extremely appreciative and thankful for John's (and staff's) kindness! If I ever have a trailer problem again while in NM, I will definitely be calling him back! Highly recommend PVE to anyone in the area needing help with their trailer.

I would definitely not recommend this place…read more The aim of getting your vehicle detailed is to restore and make the car look almost brand new like it did when you first drove it out of the dealership. Car detailing means a top-to-bottom thorough cleaning of a vehicle using special tools and products. Normally, a detailer will perform some light cosmetic touch-ups. A good detailer will bring your car to its original beauty. The final result should be a sparkling vehicle. Well I'm disappointed to report my car was nowhere near to sparkling. "The DELUXE PKG., THE WORKS plus: Shine enhancer \ Rust inhibitor Tire dressing \ Rubber mats washed Quick polish \ wax" There are no signs of shine enhancers, polish/wax on my car. My mats still have stains and look dusty. The windows and mirrors have wipe marks and there is several dirty spots throughout my entire vehicle. Minimal vacuuming was done. There was dirt left behind including on and around the gear stick and inbetween cracks and crevices. Very Disappointing

I brought my car in for two basic services: an oil change and a battery replacement. I provided the…read morereplacement battery myself and even emptied the trunk and removed the spare tire in advance so the job would be as straightforward as possible. They charged me over $400. To be clear, this charge was overwhelmingly for labor, since I supplied the battery. I understand labor rates are high in this area, and I did not negotiate pricing beforehand. But $400+ for an oil change and a battery swap crosses the line into being taken advantage of. What makes this worse is that the job wasn't even completed properly. They did not reset the engine service light and did not reinstall the plastic covers over the exposed battery terminals. So not only was the price extreme, basic finishing steps were skipped. This felt less like "expensive service" and more like gouging paired with sloppy follow-through. I would not return.
