We booked an appointment over the phone to do a couples massage and were able to get an appointment same day in different rooms. The entrance lobby is very nice and tranquil, with some beautiful decor. We were welcomed quickly and gave our names to check in. Within the first 5 minutes, we were able to go in and start our massages. The massage was so relaxing and not painful at all. They put on relaxing background music and my masseuse was very communicative about checking for areas they should know about to either focus on or avoid. I felt like I could fall asleep during the entire session. It has honestly been my best experience for a relaxing yet effective massage. I will definitely be coming back because of the great rates and service!

I was told $90 for 90 minutes and then I asked if they have hot stones and she said yes. So like many other places I've been to, I thought it was part of my massage but I realize I should have asked. More to come on pricing below. I go into what looks like a room for couples with a light that was dim but not dim enough to set the mood for my massage and the waterfall was extremely loud. The masseuse put a towel over the lamp which did nothing. An older lady came in who was my masseuse and she asked me what areas are bothering me. But before we started I should have known something was up when my masseuse had a washcloth to wipe off my hands and my feet. Never in all of my years of having a massage has anybody done that. So that pretty much set the tone for things to come. I let her know that my neck and my shoulders needed work. I kid you not, she did more pushing on me then actual massaging and literally spent almost 15 to 20 minutes massaging my left arm... Just my arm and forearm! It was almost as if she didn't want to give me the massage. She barely massaged my back and yes I told her that my neck and my shoulders were the areas that I needed work but that's where she focused almost all of the time outside of massaging my arm and forearm. She rubbed my feet like she was grating cheese and then as she finished up using the hot stones on my back she moved them back and forth so quickly like she was trying to wipe a stain out of a shirt. On another note, I will say this is my fault for not speaking up but her nails were longer and subsequently I felt them each time she went under my shoulders and massaging my neck. So I get up and get dressed. When I go to the front this young girl tells me that the charge for my massage is $115. I explained to her that I had called the night before and they told me it was $90 for 90 minutes with hot stones. That was when they started babbling back and forth and that was when I told them to forget about it. I laid my card down, begrudgingly left a tip and walked out. Based on the reviews that I saw I had high hopes for getting a really great and relaxing massage. I typically don't request attention to a specific area but I am amazed that they find exactly what I need. The atmosphere is clean and nice music plays in the background. I see reviews that complain about staff being loud. I have never experienced any noise. I find that both male and female masseuse are good. I go so often they may know I prefer deep pressure. I love the punch card which gives me a free massage after 10vtimes. The staff realizes I need assistance going to my car and they always help.

It is not a fancy environment, but what they lack in aesthetic appeal, they more than make up for in skill. The room was initially cold, but I asked for an extra sheet which solved the problem. The therapist checked with me about my preferred level of pressure throughout the massage, and it felt great! I think it was $69 for one hour of deep tissue. The level of skill was on par with massages that I routinely pay $100+ for, so I was very happy with the service. She starts massaging with oil and about 5-10 minutes into the massage I hear the front door chime (bells ringing), and she says excuse me and leaves the room. After 5 minutes or so, she returns and begins the massage again. Then about 5-10 minutes into it again, the doorbell chimes again and she says excuse me and leaves to check the front lobby door. She returns a second time and I asked, "are you the only one working today ? She tells me "no, there are 3 other girls working." So the massage begins again and about 3-5 minutes into it, the door chime goes off again. She promptly runs out of the room to check on it. I waited about 10 minutes before I finally had enough and just got dressed and left. On my way out, she tried asking me for a tip... I just laughed at her and told her that she needs to first provide a full hour massage before I'd consider a tip and as a matter of fact I should be getting a refund for her terrible service.
