Finally, there are two very good restaurants nearby, one within walking distance, Racing's North Turn, three minutes at most, and the other one, Jerry's Pizzeria Tiki Bar and Grill is also, walkable, but it's only a three minute drive. Great to not have to travel very far from home to dine out! Amenities! This complex has a nice pool and patio area surrounding it. There are two showers inside the pool area, one cold and one warm, plus two very nice grills outside the patio area. The patio area has five tables with umbrellas and fifteen lounge chairs. Plenty of room to party! If you decide not to walk across the road for a beach day then this outdoor paradise in the center of the complex does the trick, for sure. Pool day is only second to a beach day! The complex has plenty of parking with lots of guest spaces available. The local police patrol the area frequently and often park right out front or across the road in Winter Haven Park. Safety is definitely first here! So far, there's the stellar location and the awesome amenities, what more could you ask for? Affordability? Yes!
