My appointments were the most relaxed thing about my week. During my first appointment, I had high hopes, received a massage and went on my way.. I could not stand up by the end of the night. I was in so much pain! I figured it was supposed to be that way and continued going. They only tried to ease the symptoms and not to heal the root cause of my pain. They would start late on me (and not just a few minutes) the longest I waited for after my time was 15 minutes and then they stuck me in their dance room with a mirror and used a massage gun on me the whole time, the owner telling me, they overbooked.. Not only did they start late most of the time but would release me early from the appointment. This happened time and time again. I am disappointed in myself for going back. I know they took advantage of me and it is so disheartening... I ended up going to the YMCAs physical therapy.

I have had few PT's in the 25 plus year since my neck injury that have helped reduce the high level of chronic pain and increase mobility. When she relocated , I gave the other place 2 months of increasing pain levels before search for a new PT. Luck would have it, I found Brenda's new employer and continue t a a receive high level care and reduced pain. Education and experience make a world of difference in health care.

They are trying to say now that they forgot to add services and I'm being charged for them, when all the services I received are on the itemized bill!! I am having to file a dispute with them and get my insurance company involved. They were recently bought by another company. Sounds like they're having financial hardships?? They hung up on BlueCross Representative when they called on my behalf. Not good business!! These folks have been my go-to when in need for therapy. They no longer have my support.
