This office will most likely be the reason you're Delayed in Treatment or even get care for a diagnosis or ailment you have. The Front Desk does horrible with relaying messages to patients, keeping up to date with chart information while lacking basic human decency when interacting with people who need care. No one wants to come to the doctors office the least you can do is make the experience more enjoyable for a patient who has to be there I've been a patient here for 3 years and the only thing that keeps me coming back is to be in the care of Dr. Sparman. I've been more than patient with this office but for the last 6 months but l everything has literally gone to garbage and it's unfortunate the owner of the practice doesn't do anything about the FIRST point of contact the patients have with the office seeing how many horrible reviews are on yelp,google, or other websites where a review can be left. Placing more importance on keeping a full staff rather than an efficient short staff will always be their downfall. read more

I saw Dr. Range Krishna during the pandemic to speak about my eye tics and try to get more information on how to control them. When I arrived I sat in a very crowded waiting room (people were sitting side by side, not sure how that is safe especially in a doctor's office). The wait was about 30 minutes to see him which was pretty good. When I had my 1 on 1 with him he was very nice and was trying to understand my history of tics. After talking a bit, he decided to send me for multiple tests done inside the office. Before I even got tested, I asked him if these tests would be covered under my insurance because my insurance has a high deductible. He said "yes, of course I wouldn't schedule you for all these tests if Cigna didn't cover it." Fast forward 1 week, I receive a $1,300 bill in the mail. I immediately call the office and speak with the billing representative and they advised me that the bill was correct and I need to pay it. She was really nasty to me and said she was going to hang up because I wasn't understanding what she was saying. I kept trying to explain that Dr. Krishna advised me that these tests would be covered but she was not hearing it. It's really sad that places like this take advantage of folks during a pandemic. Take my advice and look elsewhere, it's not worth the headache and financial loss I went through. read more

If you're looking for a terrible doctor look no further you're in the right place! We had a 5pm appointment with Dr. Reuben Burshtein and were only seen 3 hours later because it's a workers compensation case. This doctor has no bedside manners and clearly is paid by workers compensation to dismiss people who are actually seriously injured due to a job related accident. My husband has had back surgery with no improvement and clearly has neurological problems. He falls, has difficulty in grasping things, etc. This doctor looked at him for less than 1 minute and denied his MRI of the brain which he is of. As a medical professional myself I will let every physician I work with to not recommend anyone to this physician. Not sure how this person can sleep at night! read more

This is regarding the staff and the conditions in the waiting room. Please know, Dr. Sparman, the neurologist, has been nothing but helpful and kind, however, it is nearly impossible to get through to her or make an appointment or have medicine refilled due to the unhelpful staff. 1. The staff: strangely rude and defensive when answering questions about medications, insurance and appointments. The phone lines are often broken and the alternate numbers given, busy. Iffy messages for on-call doctors and never received call backs. 2. The waiting room: It is cramped and almost always overcrowded. There are never enough chairs for people waiting. There is one bathroom and it is messy. Paper towels strewn around the floor. Urine on the toilet seat. Good god, Dr. Sparman, get out of there so your patients can see you in a nice, clean setting worthy of you! read more

The wait is ridiculous......they need time management for patients appointments. They do provide exceptional and precise care to the patients. Most of the receptionists are rude. ...not friendly at all. In my opinion, I feel as if a person isn't friendly or cordial then why would you choose a profession that you are in constant contact with people. I just walked in for my scheduled appointment and said Hello and they looked at me as if I had two heads. There is only one receptionist that will speak to you and try to help you. The doctors are the real reason why I come but it would help if they could work on improving the receptionists attitude. read more

I had an appointment to see Dr. Spartman and I was not told she wasn't going to be there, rather I wait for several hours in a packed office to see a whole different doctor. yes, the waiting room is always packed. i assume they see a high volume of people to make their care affordable and help as many people as possible. my appointments are often 30-40 minutes later than their scheduled time. are the receptionists mean like other reviews have said? not in my experience. but i see them catch a lot of attitude from some people based off the wait time and i think they do a great job at staying professional about it. that said- dr. sparman is a god send. i saw a dozen neurologists looking for someone who would listen to me and not just push opiates aka "pain management plan" on me with no luck or hope and then i found sparman. she is attentive and genuinely cares. she administers monthly spinal injections for me painlessly. she got me lined up w an acupuncturist covered by my insurance. she IS WORTH the wait. been going here at least once every month for 6 months now and i'm happy and confident with her care. i couldn't walk before bc of a spinal injury, i can now. so if u have the patience to wait a little and the kindness to not mouth off to the receptionists, it's a great place for treatment. read more

Waiting room always packed. Staff and some patients don't wear face masks. There is no point in making appointments because you are never seen on time. I am almost 100% I got Covid from being at this place. Manager does not listen to concerns the woman is very cold and rude. read more

I'm giving only 4 stars because of the horrible location and incredibly long waiting time , it's so annoying !!! I try to get here at 8 am when they open and I just can't ever seem to beat the crowd , today I got here 740 am and when I walked In ( thinking to myself "haha suckers , i got here first, I will be in and out " but I walk in to see EIGHT people waiting !!! I'm so mad I just totally froze my ass off at 6 am to get here first and I'm still going to be stuck here for hrs . FML ! As far as the doctors are concerned here at total neuro care , they are awesome ! Dr Krishna is the first dr to actually treat me with some respect instead of insulting me like other drs ( I started having serious back pain at 27 yrs old and I was treated as if I was a drug addict , lying about pain for painkillers , from at least 3 doctors because of my young age bla bla bla !!!!!! One orthopedists even let me suffer for four months with no mri just because he thought i was lying !!!!! I have a very bad back ( several herniated discs and nerve Damage ) I see Dr Krishna or Dr Aj once a month . This office has many tests in house , they are thorough, will take time to explain everything to you , very compassionate, caring and knowledgable ! As far as the girls at the front desk I have seen them be a little snippy with some patients but I never had a problem with them they are always friendly to me This office takes care of workers compensation claims and specializes in injury no fault claims as well . The office staff, the first people you meet when you walk into the office, are less than friendly and less than helpful. They must've forgotten the reason why they're in the profession that they're in - to care for the patient and their needs, in any which way. In person and on the phone there have been unfriendly encounters and it always feels like any interaction is a bother to them, especially Diane. I have observed the way she speaks to patients. Rude is not strong enough of a word to describe her. For an office with such great neurologists, it is a shame that people like Diane have the ability to tarnish the reputation and deter patients from coming back. This review is for the waiting time. I did not even get to see the Doctor. My appointment was 9 AM today. I came 15 minutes early thinking I would not have to wait that long. When I opened the door, there were already 12 people inside waiting, some standing. I waited for over an hour before I decided to just leave. The office is overbooked. There was an overflow of people. People were coming in nonstop. Overbooking is such a bad practice. read more

Dr. Krishna is the best...has on-site neurological testing equipment. Office is extremely busy, phones ringing non-stop while front desk juggles patients and phone calls. Yet he still takes the time to address your needs and concerns....Staff is very friendly and professional, just need to have a little patience with them because of how busy they are. read more

So i got referred to Dr.Krishna by using ZocDoc, I wasn't sure whether to go , but when I did, i didn't regret it. My wait time was a little under 10 minutes, which was pretty short compared to my other experiences. The Doctor himself was one of the kindest men I have met, and put all my problem in terms I understood, and even helped me plan out what to do next. He got back to me with my tests results the same week, and explained what they meant in terms of what it means to me. I would definitely recommend this Doctor and his lovely staff. read more
