I could not be happier with the results of their efforts duing my move. I was concerned that they would have a difficult time getting some of my furniture and appliances up and down a couple of curved staircases. Being made of oak I knew any bump or scratch was going to show - big time. Jeff said not to worry and padded them top to bottom before even attempting to move past them. Long story short - all went perfectly. (and a lot faster than I thought possible). This was a long haul move for me so I won't have the opportunity to call on them again. They were always responsive, answered all questions over phone or email, and seemed very well organized. Our movers day of were so fast and so kind and patient with us and took great care of our belongings. We had Ayman and Michael and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Moved a three bedroom house from London ON to Kingston ON. Cannot say enough good things!…read more Gary came a did a walk through of the house to get us our quote, very organized and official, polite and easy to work with. Quote seemed quite reasonable so we went ahead. Was is the cheapest one I found? No. But it was the most reliable - the others I had gotten couldn't guarantee me getting all my belongings in one truck, or the turn around time, so the final quote seemed like so much of a mystery. With AMJ, I at least felt I knew exactly what cost I was signing up for. Jason showed up on the arranged day bright and early with the truck and his team (two additional gents), they worked their butts off getting the truck loaded that day. The furniture was exquisitely handled, everything gently disassembled and fully wrapped and placed in the trucks. They were even more careful with our expensive frames and artwork. They pulled through for me and managed to make delivery the following day, doing me a *huge* favour since I couldn't be in Kingston for more than two days for delivery. Jason again showed up promptly at the agreed upon time the following day for delivery with the team (just one fellow employee with him on the delivery end). Weight came in under the quote, lovely surprise! We settled up the bill and again they busted their butts getting the truck unloaded. It was already a super long day so we agreed amongst ourselves to wrap up around 6 pm and leave the last few things for the following morning. Even managed to dodge a ridiculously rain/hail storm. Final day, they arrive bright and early, we finish the unload. Everything was gently placed in the house, absolutely everything was re-assembled. They tripled checked making sure I had everything and was happy with where everything was placed in the new digs. Zero damage, nothing lost. Honesty, I was so nervous about this move, there's so many scary stories and reviews out there. I could not be happier with how this move went. I already know I have another 2-3 hr city-to-city move in 2 years and 100% will be getting back in touch with AMJ. Two huge thumbs up!

The years of experience in loading, wrapping and taking care of each and every item was unlike anything I have ever experienced with movers before. They worked tirelessly to make sure everything was moved to the right rooms and in place the way I needed them to be. They were on time and made sure every aspect of this move was stress free for me!
