I've been getting my lashes done elsewhere for years and was recommended to lavilash by a friend,…read morethe best decision I've ever made!! Right when I walked in the staff immediately made me feel welcomed. The space is clean and every lash artist has their own space which is nice since my last place had side by side beds and with covid it didn't feel like they cared about social distancing. I had my lashes done by Dao and Kristine. They're awesome!

My appointments keep getting cancelled last minute and I'm beginning to take it personally. I find…read moreit extremely unprofessional and can say with certainty, I will not be coming back. They charge clients who cancel last minute, but should a lash tech cancel, the person's SOL. I've been doing my part in scheduling regular visits for the upkeep of the lashes. If you can't fulfill these appointments, I shouldn't be expected to pay more for a fill or for a new set because more time has gone by and more lashes have been lost. Being a good business owner/lash tech means knowing how to be savvy, not picking and choosing when you do and don't want to work. Be mindful of your client's time. Without them, you wouldn't have a job.

But I changed my mind after my treatment and payment because my service here was unreal and the value was incredible. I would much rather pay a great price and spare the extra 'fluff' that has nothing to do with my service quality. I got an hour long facial with extractions and including taxes came to $56!!! I called when the spa opened at 9:30 and they were able to book me in same day at 11:00 the ideal time of my choice. My technician was great, my extractions were painless and my scalp massage was to die for. If you're looking for quality service at a low price this is your spot!!! Will be back!
