I was very impressed due to the fact that I'm very OCD when it comes to lawn care on my yard, and Shawn did a great job. Shawn is very good with communication and is a great pleasure to work with. Then, the last one they did, one of the guys moved my long rain hose so he could mow. That, of course, has to be done. The trouble is they moved it close to the house, pointing down into my basement window. They did not put the hose back. They left it pointing in my basement. My neighbor told me about it. I'm glad she did, as we were to have rain. I have a carpeted basement, and that would have flooded my basement had it rained. And then I asked Aaron to run a very minor and short errand for me. I don't have a car. We agreed on a time. He did not show up, nor did he text me or call until much later. By then, I hired Uber to take me to handle the job, and Uber turned out to be cheaper than what I would have paid Aaron. So I decided to hire someone else to do my lawn. His attention to detail seemed to be good at first. But then, for some reason, he seemed to lose interest in doing a good job. He was fast, punctual, friendly, and considerate- he checked with me to make sure where I might want him to skip over as he noticed tulips growing around one of the trees. We had mower issues and let the yard go much too long and I was getting stressed out about it. Some weeds were around a foot and a half high.
