FIRST OFF, this owner practices SHADY PRICE quoting- after he gives you an 'OUT THE DOOR' quote over the phone, he will still proceed to ADD on SALES TAX not only for the parts (window film) which is normal, but this FOOL will charge you TAX on the labor as well (NOT LEGAL/good business practice!!!!)- so in essence be prepared to PAY much more in the end, in comparison to the out the door BS quote he will give you (like a true greedy snake) over the phone just to lure you into his DUMP of a 'shop'. SECONDLY, the young man (nice guy, however out of shape and severely lacks customer service skills!) doing the tint is very SLOPPY with his work- cuts and bubbles, various stains, uneven cuts ETC. all over the film- I'm glad my car is not new and can sustain the BOTCHED tint job (which I've since had redone at a much better shop in OHIO!)....if he had been allowed to perform this TERRIBLE, lack of quality work on my UNCLE's car, it the overall OUTCOME would NOT have been pretty for all parties involved- my UNCLE does not play around and can be a real D/ball bustter- when necessary in life!!! THIRD- this shop is very outdated and looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70's- its also located a very shady neighborhood too!!! SUMMARY- do not take your car here for window tinting- the guy working here is NOT skilled enough to deliver good results, and by FAR worst- the OWNER is DISHONEST and SNEAKY about his prices, so much so that he TAXES not only the parts, but LABOR too!!!!! bwahaahahahah WHO DOES that???? what a clown!!!!...does he need money that bad that he resorts to CHEATING his customers?!!!! *sigh* SMH!!!!!

I received a great price for replacing my sun roof. I was informed they found a used sunroof and,…read moreI was ok with that. The dissatisfaction came while checking out My roof the workers damaged My retractable shade. The damage was done the day of inspection. They pulled my car in.. allowed me to have a seat in their waiting area while they checked out the sunroof. I received a price .. paid the deposit and, was told I would receive an appointment time. When I arrived home I put plastic on the roof tI cover the hole to prevent water from getting inside my car. I noticed the shade was damaged and, I took picture. The day of my appointment I took the car in. I asked the technician to repair the shade. He told me that he wouldn't be able to because, that's not something he does and, I would have to talk to the company. I called the office because, it took more than a couple hours I was told. I spoke to Skip the owner and, I informed him of the damage and, it brought it to the technicians attention. Skip told me he would make some phone calls and, I told him I would be on my way. when I got to the office. I asked him about repairing the sunroof. He stated that Brandon doesn't work on the weekends and, He would talk to him on Monday. Monday I text and sent the pictures. I received a text from Skip saying He would call me later that day or , in the morning. When Skip called He stated that he had some information I wasn't going to hear. He told me his employers did not damage the retractable shade but, he was going to try to come up with a solution to where we both would be happy. He called me a second time and, we're going back and, forth him arguing that his company didn't damage my shade when indeed they did. They day I took my car in for the estimate.. His guy sat in my drivers seat while I sat in the passenger seat. He retracted the shade a couple times before He pulled my car into the repair garage. There was no damage to the shade before the inspection. The price was great but, now I have to find another company to repair or replace The retractable shade. The review would have been great until the damage and, unprofessionalism from Skip arguing with me as he stated "He doesn't want to have to come out of pocket" and his company did not do it when He was only there to receive payment. Glad the sunroof was replaced. Unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism from the Owner and, the extra cost I will incur.
