So, My truck has been at Gerber on Shields in OKC for 2 months and a week. We get a call on 7-25-23…read morethat it is ready. I get there and pay the copay of $1000. The wind damage we told them about on day one is not fixed. The truck actually has new scrapes and dents on it. It appears the tins were taken off and allowed to scrape the floor. I also have a new door ding in the truck. I now get to wait and they will talk to the manager and get back to me. I left the truck there. BTW, the total repair is like 18000. I'd certainly look into a different repair shop. I used it as Geico had the adjuster look at it there. I was also told that the guy that knew about the truck doesn't work at Gerber anymore. I have no idea what they have been doing. The work is taking way longer than it should and it isn't being done right. We are now 5 days later without any communication from Gerber to me about the situation with my vehicle. I'll be calling them shortly. So, it appears that wind damage could not be added to the claim except by me. I was under the impression that the repair shop could alter the claim as well. No one informed me that the wind damage claim was denied as it was not on the initial claim. I called GEICO and asked for the notes to be updated and the claim reviewed. I'll update this review and leave the new comments when the repairs are done. The truck was picked up 8-31-23. They contacted me at 4 pm and they closed at 5 pm. We had to rush to get it before they closed. The truck was backed off in. The backup camera no longer works and some of the plastic pieces that hold the truck line in are missing. I'll update after I get it all fixed at the dealership. I'm sure this will cost 700 to 1200 more dollars and be at the dealership for about a week. I messaged on Facebook, the text service and the website customer care area. I never heard anything back. I would not use this place. The truck was in for over three months and whoever backed it in knew the camera was not working. The GM Ricky has reached out and I'll update as it plays out.

When I bought my most recent car, the dealership had tried to fill in a few chips, but only filled the center. The dealership said they would replace the windshield if it began to spiderweb. Not feeling comfortable with this solution, I had Tim replace the entire windshield. It looks amazing, and now I won't have to worry about the integrity or safety of my windshield, since I drive quite a bit daily. His service, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are second to none!

I had a crack in my windshield for a few years. It started out small enough that if I cared I…read morecould've gotten it fixed easily, but the crack started spreading until it pretty much spanned the entirety of the windshield. Because it was so large, I ended up having to replace the entire windshield. I called Primo's Auto Glass (PAG) and got a quote for my car. The price they quoted was about $100 cheaper than what Safelite quoted, so I was pretty happy with that. Then I called another local windshield repair place to compare prices. When the lady with other company gave me their quote, she asked if I had gotten any other quotes. I mentioned PAG and the lady said, "I can't beat their prices. I don't know how they do it." Once I heard that, I decided to set up a time to get my windshield replaced. What's great about PAG is that they'll drive out and do the replacement for you as long as you're in the OKC area. It took them about 20 minutes to replace my windshield and it's been great since. About a month after the replacement, I don't hear or feel any air leaking through while driving. If you need to get your windshield replaced, PAG is a fantastic choice. It's definitely the most economical.

They did a good job in repairing my car but there are two things that really irritated me. The…read morefirst is that Martin Lee gave me an estimate of $1500 and said the actual price might be higher once he removed all the damaged parts and saw what needed to be replaced. That's fair but when he saw what needed to be replaced it was $1000 higher than the estimate bringing it up to $2500. He didn't ask me to approve this new price. He just did the work and told me what it was after the work was done. The other thing that really bothered me was that a medallion on my key fob was missing when my key fob was returned to me. Someone from the shop stole it.
