Rebecca does not know what she is doing and gives us a million excuses. We finally get an appointment at Hackensack medical after 40 days waiting for Rebecca to do her job. Today on our way to the hospital, they tell us that Rebecca did not submit the proper paperwork for clearance. And we could not proceed with your appointment. Are you kidding me??!!! I will never go back. Unless you have the time to deal with bad customer service, then I recommend you don't waste your time here.

Things started out great with these folks. They were able to get to the bottom of a series of…read moresymptoms I had been having, which was an incredible relief. As time moved forward, I began to see less of my doctor and more of a physician's assistant. I felt she was judgmental and did not understand my condition, even though the MD there diagnosed it. I continued to get sick as time moved on. Eventually, requested to see the doctor before leaving, who did not agree with the PA's interpretations. The office began making errors, scheduling me for crucial testing, then not having records of the appointments and not conducting the tests (I had text and email confirmations). This happened several times. I would show up or call to confirm for testing only to be told there was no record of the appointment I had waited several weeks for. The critical testing never occurred. Sadly, i moved on. I ended up with one of the top specialists in Nj for my condition and it had been a night and day difference. I have actually started getting better. Lastly, my new cardiologist was aghast at some of the decisions that had previously been made with regard to my diagnosis and treatment by this practice. Once I left Cross County, I actually started getting healthier and I am back to living my everyday life.

Super clean environment as well. I have been here frequently the past year and met numerous people and they all remain regimented, welcoming, kind, and comforting. I truly gained a whole new respect for the medical field coming here! It amazes me with the care every single person I have come in contact with has provided me whether they are just directing you or performing a duty or simply being your doctor! No one has a golden arch on their shoulders ever! Such lovely people and the best of the best in the industry when it comes to doctors! Actually when it comes to all in the medical field!
