I had never heard of this doctor before, but left a message on his answering machine. I think he could tell by my voice that I was in extreme pain. He actually called me back & told me he would open his office for me & come in on a Saturday!! I had a hard time walking into his office that day, but got so much relief after he adjusted me. He told me to apply ice on my back & come back in two days. I was able to sleep that night & able to walk almost pain free!! He is extremely gentle & caring & I would & do trust him to adjust my whole family!! He is by far the best chiropractor, and I have been to at least four others!!!!

Dr. Webb is all about finding the source of…read moreyour pain and fixing it but also preventing further problems by taking a holistic approach in his treatments. He uses traditional methods while working on your neck and back as well as working with a talented team of massage therapists who are not only skilled in technique, but also try out unique tactics such as "cupping". At my first appointment one of the ladies on his staff ran a scan down my entire spine which then instantly brought up a graph of my spine and neck showing which sections were most unaligned. I never had a chiro do that before which immediately made me feel like I was in safe hands. It really set the tone for how treatment was going to be. I have never been more impressed by a chiropractor's office than Dr. Webb's. Between his kind-spirit and fantastic bedside manners, to Michele at the front desk who keeps the place running like a tight ship, to all of the beautiful staff who work diligently to make sure everyone is comfortable during treatments and cared after, Dr. Webb and his entire staff get an A++ in my book. Forgot to mention that he also treats dogs and has a slew of natural vitamins for sale and will gladly consult you into choosing the best one for you.

I called Wyoming Valley Chiropratic because I was having back pain. I went for two visits, spent…read moremultiple hours there, and ended up feeling worked over like a time share sales pitch and the doctor did not make a single adjustment to ease my pain. Each time that I went for an appointment, I was made to watch a generic video about the benefits of chiropractic care and why it is important. I was also urged to bring my husband in to make the explanation of my care plan easier but I felt that it was so that they could try to "win over" another patient. I've gone to chiropractors before and I don't understand why some of them feel like they need to give to a slimy sales pitch to get you to come. To add insult to the slimy sales pitch, I was told after they took xrays and gave me a consultation that they do not take my health insurance so I was smacked with a crazy bill. My health insurance said there is no in network or out of network chiropractors, so I didn't think to check about if other medical procedures would be covered. I know the responsibility falls on me, but the staff could have also check when I made my appointment or when I arrived knowing that the consultation would incur high costs just from a customer service standpoint. During my second appointment, the doctor actually steps out and a billing person comes in to try to get me to sign a contract for my plan of care to the tune of over $1600. She says I can pay for it all at once, in two payments, or broken down into 5 payments... anyway you slice it, they want to make sure you will keep coming back because you pay upfront. I want to feel better, that's why I went to a chiropractor in the first place. But I left here feeling like all they did was try to sell me on the benefits of chiropractic care without offering me any relief for my pain.

Then my husband started coming to Dr Paul and he trains MMA and he couldn't stop talking about how good he felt . So finally I buckled up and I had my first appt and that was it . Weekly appts and after only a couple of visits I started to feel such a difference . My neck isn't always tight my lower back k doesn't feel so weighed down and my posture is getting so much better . Well, suffice to say I will find someone else to handle my adjustments. The simple fact that at no time did they care at all about losing a customer makes me believe his guy won't be around much longer (he just bought this practice, so don't look at the reviews from the past - They are not for him).
