A specific consultant was booked for me. I arrived to a very busy waiting room, but was prepared to wait! At about 5.55 I was seen by a very pleasant Cosmetic surgeon, who explained that I was not speaking to the right person for the "job". He very courteously recommended that I speak to his colleague Who was a specialist in this field! His colleague breezed in very efficiently but quite quickly told me she was very busy and was doing her colleague a favour by seeing me!!!! This comment was enough to make my mind up for me....even if she could make me look 20 years younger, it wouldn't be under her hands! A very disappointing experience for me I'm afraid. Emphasis if unfairly was on making money but not making the client feel reassured and listened to! I hope no one else experiences what I did!! Still had to pay my consultancy fee (60€) but happy to keep my wrinkles for another while!!!
