I scheduled an appointment (recommended, as walk-ins often have to wait or come back the next day) for 12:30pm on a Tuesday. When I checked in, I was offered a complimentary cappuccino while sitting in the waiting area. Some techno remixes of American songs were playing, which was fun to listen to. Juliet was lovely and escorted me upstairs to the manicure table. They charged me €5 to remove my shellac manicure before beginning the treatment. The manicure process was efficient and I was happy with the color selection. I wish there had been a lotion treatment for my hands, but my nails were well-conditioned with oils. Be warned: this salon is cash only. I tried to present a credit card to pay, since there was a notice on the door indicating they accepted Visa and Mastercards, but my nail technician said it was cash only. There's a bank across the street, but I would have preferred to pay on a card since the services are a bit more expensive than the states (€39 for a shellac manicure, about $44 USD). Compared to other salons outside the city center, I much preferred the chic vibes here!

It is kinda pricey (€50 for a medical manicure with regular color) but not bad if you're looking for a good place.

They do sell the products, but they're not on display - you have to know what you want and then they'll go retrieve it for you from stock. That makes it a little difficult if you don't know exactly what product you need, though the staff is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you. I was so sad that they were out of stock on the hand cream I came for, though they did offer me alternatives from other brands. You can't beat the service here - they really do know their stuff.

Few months ago I got gift certificate from my friend. After having the baby and not having much time for myself, I was really looking forward to nice fecial and a massage. Massage was everything but relaxing. There massage area is so loud. In the room next to me other therapist was laughing and talking really loud. I couldn't relax for a second. My therapist was ok. I didn't hate it but its far away that I would recommend it to my friends. Then comes facial...or better to say "needle work". I still feel bad thiking of it. The girl was trying to pull my pimples with needle for 20 mins. She called it Special Needle and she was assuring me that she knows what she was doing. After that facial my skin needed 2 weeks to recover. That redness and inflammation of the skin you haven't seen yet. After all I never wanted to go there again so my husband decided to use the rest of the gift certificate. I think that he is still having a pain at his back but the thing that he hated the most is the fact that his terapist smelled on ciggarettes. People who work there are simply poorly trained and not talking about the sell prasure (beauty products) they put on you. I would never get close to this place again.
