Don't waste your time at this place, your health isn't a factor. I waited for over an hour just to not be seen. I went here less than 5 days ago with symptoms for Covid. I was told my results were negative but if the symptoms worsen to come back. Once returning for the same reason, I was told I have a balance from 2021. which this wasn't never related to me 5days prior. This place will misdiagnosed you and charge you for their mistake. I'll never go back nor will I recommend this place to any of my family nor colleagues. read more

The employees at this facility are so wonderful. I've gone in for issues with my own health, my daughters, and my husbands and we've had a fantastic experience each time. They are caring and quick (I typically make an appointment as opposed to walking in when I can). They can fill some scripts & I never leave feeling unhappy with the service. read more

The staff was beyond 5! Everyone was outstanding! This was my best visit, though every time I been to the Overland TAUC, everyone was amazing. Ryan was my RNP, and he was very kind and understanding. I was very happy he said they would fax my RX to the pharmacy, and I didn't have to wait as long with a paper RX. Lane and Mesha were so patient and gentle, as much as one can be gentle when sticking a needle into uncooperative veins that wiggle and have many ports. Even at the ER, the staff often just grabs the dopller device after looking at my arms. They tried, but ultimately, due to my veins and not in any way their abilities, they stopped. I know they didn't like sticking me so much. I can not rave on Lane nor Mesha enough!! I do not remember her name, but the woman at the front desk was very kind and sweet, even though I was cranky. Simply terrible. I went in for a severe sore throat such that I could not swallow. I was given a written prescription for a compound throat wash. I took the printed prescription to CVS who does not fill such prescriptions. So I called TAUC and asked that the script be sent Mercy Specialty Pharmacy. The nurse first said they could not do that. After much discussion with several staff, the nurse said she would fax it over. It was never faxed and the prescription was never filled. I called this morning and now the Specialty pharmacy is closed and TAUC says they have no record of the prescription at all. After talking to the doctor he said he would not prescribe that anyway and I would need to come back in and he would prescribe antibiotics and give me a lidocaine wash. He then said, he cant spend anymore time on this! They screw up, I am in pain and he does not have time for this????? what a racket read more

The staff were amazing. Everyone was kind and made me feel safe. I felt dismissed lately with a medical issue I been having and they they made me feel heard. I would highly recommend the doctors and nurses who saw me today. I only wish I remembered all their names, the only name I do remember is my doctor, Ryan, who was excellent. read more

I was treated at TAUC for a condition that needed urgent care in order to prevent worsening symptoms requiring treatment at a higher tier of care per the local Emergency Room (St. Mary's) description on their website. I believe that this type of service is essential to avoid taking up unnecessary space in over crowded ERs, and also to avoid delay in treatment if unable to schedule last minute appointments with primary care physicians. Other benefits include the low cost of treatment, the broad insurance providers that TAUC accepts, and prescriptions available on site. Granted, the equipment and facility isn't the most up to date or fancy- but it got the job done efficiently. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. I had a great experience today with TAUC. Lane is the greatest patient care techs I've ever had and he did an amazing job with me today. I came in feeling terrible and yucky and he was extremely attentive and empathetic. He is great at what he does and I wish we had more people like him within healthcare!! I visited this clinic on March 24th because I was overwhelmed with fatigue, felt like my spine was curving out of my neck, and had little to no energy the entire day. The doctor that came in was immediately confrontational, found me questionable, and really tried to make me feel stupid. They must have thought I was either a drug addict, hypochondriac, or just crazy. No, I had legitimate complaints, and the doctor was deliberate about not doing anything for me that day. Once the previous suspicions were ruled out, she told me to get acupuncture. I wasn't given any treatment whatsoever that day, and I found her treatment to be quite awful. It is currently June 11th and I'm still bitter about my experience. read more
