The woman who took my intake info was very nice, actually all the people behind the reception desk was very nice and personable. The woman who did my procedure again was very nice and personable. I've always had positive experiences with Rayus until tonight. We received a call scheduling my…read morehusband for a 7:45pm MRI for his ruptured achilles tendon. We planned to arrive 15 minutes early at 7:30pm. We were driving on the way there and received a call at 7:17pm stating that our appointment was at 7:25pm and we were to have arrived at 7:10pm. We were told that arriving at 7:30pm would not be acceptable and that they had no way to fit us in their schedule tonight because it would impact the appointments after us. An employee at their company made an error telling us the wrong appointment time of 7:45pm and we were negatively impacted. They kept saying we don't know what was said on the phone call you had and we can't pull the call logs now because the person with access to those isn't here right now. So it's like they just assumed we messed up then and canceled our appointment. When we arrived and spoke to them face to face, they acknowledged their employee likely messed up but still couldn't do anything to rectify it tonight. I don't feel like that is good customer service or management. No impact to Rayus, only negative impact to their customer. Overall, very disappointed and I won't be getting any scans at Rayus again.

Walk-ins are welcome, though an appointment is recommended. The office is softly lit and comfortable. The changing rooms are in the inner office, and there is a rectangular waiting area with about 10 chairs and some magazines, where you sit with your cloth gown on, to await your exam. This was my fourth visit there, for my annual (preventative) mammogram. They gave me a tablet on my first visit, at 40 years old, asking about my personal habits, as well as family history of diseases, with the results of all the data crunching being the likelihood of me getting cancer within my lifetime. I was asked this time around to review the information, since it had been a while. It went very quickly, as all of my answers were stored. I asked for a printout of it, saying that the "me of yesterday" remembered the ages and specific diseases of relatives far better than the me of today. They were happy to oblige. My exam went quickly and I was pleased to receive my (normal, thank the stars) results the very same day. Literally, within a couple of hours, I got an email that said I could sign into my online account with SSM and view said results! As uncomfortable as getting a mammogram may be, the facility and staff make it a smooth process.

The worst experience ever at an urgent care. Walked in and 10-15 minutes later I was taken back to…read morean exam room. Nurse did my vitals and asked why I was there. I then sat in the exam room for 1 hour and 5 minutes. NEVER LAID EYES ON A SOUL. In the meantime my son who was in the waiting area called me and asked what I was doing because 2-3 people came in went to exam rooms and were done and out within 15 minute. I finally got up and left. Told them I was going to Mercy Go Health, as a walk in they could get me in, in 2 minutes. I just changed all my Doctors to SSM, 2 months ago and it's time to change again! What a shame!

Well there it was 6 minutes from home. I hobbled in. A nice lady walked through the info with…read moreme. I didn't have to fill out any forms at all. Drivers license and insurance card was all I needed. I was immediately offered a wheelchair ( hurt my knee ) and 5 minutes later I was in a private dr office. 5 min after that I spokevwith the practitioner who after an investigation of the causes and pain ordered an xray , They wheeled me to another office a few minutes later and a few more after that I was xrayed . They wheeled me back , and then the excruciating 15 minute wait for results commenced. Not days or hours. No major damage was revealed. Rest . Anti inflammatory medication was prescribed. They wrapped up my knee. Set me up on crutches , and out I went. Moving faster and happy to know it wasn't more extensive damage. 2-3 weeks on the shelf is much better By the time I got to Walgreens my script was ready. All in all a painful , but necessary and rather short and convenient experience

I told the front desk staff that I could not sit or stand for very long as I was just in emergency for ruptured blood vessel, and I am still losing blood, I am on pelvic rest. I go to register and I'm told I have to wear I mask. I advise I do not have my inhaler. I have asthma and trouble breathing I'm okay without a mask. A nurse behind me - who wouldn't even come to the front so I could see her- said that's fine but we treat very sick people here. I advised this is fine, sick people don't bother me. Then when registering I was told I owe a copay - with my plan I've exceeded my deductible I haven't paid a co pay at any doctors office since February nor have I been asked to. It was if they were trying to deter me from being seen at all. I asked for the manager and expressed my concerns. Then they finished registering me with no problem. I've been sitting for 30 minutes and will have to leave soon due to pelvic issue.

Excellent service!…read more Great, professional staff, caring. Clean place. They are great with kids. They have an actual kids room complete with Disney decorations and a TV. You won't find a better urgent care center. I'm 38 and pregnant, my son is six and husband is 42. We all like and use this place. You'll get a team on you as soon as you walk in.

We were able to get him the first spot in line (at 3am) and when he showed up at 8am, the entire place was dark and he had to look for someone who worked there. Only one person was in the building and it was a front desk attendant. They told him that they were indeed the only person there and there was no other providers or even nurses in the building. This is UNACCEPTABLE. He was transferred to another location because he was unable to be seen because no one decided it was a good idea to show up to work on time. I will be reporting this to corporate as this is not the first bad experience we have had at this location. We will NEVER go back and will always opt for a further drive to receive better care in the future.

I enjoyed my conversation with her, and she made the whole situation very lighthearted. I highly recommend this location. The staff was amazing and professional. The area I was very clean and organized and the wait time was very minimal.
