I requested a quote from them for several trees and shrubs to be removed. Eddie came out and walked…read morethe property with me and even suggested some others be removed that weren't on my list. I asked if he could do a flat rate/day rate due to the large number of trees to remove and he said he does that. I asked how long to complete what we discussed. He said 2 days. I agreed and scheduled it. the first day there was some rain so they left after only 5 hours. The rain stopped right after that and was dry the rest of the day. The next day he told me they were going to stay longer to make up for the day before. rain came in again and stopped. They didn't put in any extra time and still only worked 5 hours. The rest of the time was spent packing up their stuff. In the end, I DIDN'T get anything even close to what he said he could do in 2 days....not even half of what he said he could do!! He didn't even offer to come back out and finish the job (without getting paid for that visit too) He still wanted all the money for the 2 days even though they only "worked" for a total of 10 hours over 2 days!! Besides being out a lot of money for very little work, they destroyed my front yard with their equipment and didn't offer to do anything about it. That will end up being a lot more money out of my pocket to repair all the ruts and damage they caused. I will also probably have to find someone who can finish the job that they couldn't or wouldn't. I'm VERY unhappy with the experience I had with them. If they are willing to complete what he said he could do in the timeframe he quoted me, I would be happy and update or change this review. He has NEVER offered to do that as of yet. Until then, I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! After my experience, my advice would be to get everything he says he can do in writing and not to pay the full amount unless it's ALL completed. He says you don't have to pay until they're done and you're happy.....That was not the case with me; he wanted to be paid despite the job not being completed and definitely not completed to my satisfaction (from what he said he could do, but didn't).
