The filet taco was amazing. Tender beef with bone marrow topping. I could eat a plate of them. I shared the ribeye with a couple of of friends because it was so huge. Very tender and they brought a stone to cook it up since each of us preferred different temperatures. The brussel sprouts were too seasoned. They were just too much. Really the only thing I didn't love. The hazelnut ice cream was by far my favorite dessert. Would definitely go back.

Gas grill set at 500 degrees. Place in middle of grill not over the flames. Close cover. I seared both sides then let it cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Came out perfect. Better than any thing I get at Costco. Tender like a filet mignon and so much more flavor than the filet.
