We used Joe to sell our home in Louisville last Summer and he was outstanding…read more Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Joe Hayden Team stood out as the best Louisville has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Joe and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Joe made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and Joe (and Anne, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended the Joe Hayden Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

I hadn't known that a Realtor would go so far above the call of duty as Craig did. He was there for me every step of the way. He guided me through the preparation of the home I was selling, even to the point of doing some things himself that he thought would better present the home to a buyer. When it came to finding a new home for me, he was patient and always available. He walked through the potential homes with me, pointing out structural issues I may not have noticed and even offered ideas on uses of space. When I finally found the right home for me, Craig reviewed all the details I needed for understanding the contract and closing. The real estate market in Louisville is lucky to have this man. It was the perfect storm of us being first time homebuyers, living out of state, and being on a tight timeline that had us absolutely terrified for what the home buying process would look like, but to say that Noah made the entire process easy would be an understatement. She was thorough throughout every aspect of the process and always advocated for us when we could not be physically present. Her extensive network of connections - from inspectors to electricians to roofers to structural engineers - ensured we were covered on all bases and is a testimony to how respected she is within the community. Her real estate expertise and knowledge/love for her city mixed with her determination to understand our needs and wants ended up with us finding the perfect home. We hope to never sell our beautiful little home, but when we do, Noah will definitely be our girl. We can't thank her enough!!

I had the privilege of being recommended to work with Dustin Robinson as my relator…read more I have never met him, although we had some similar friends and connections, and truly at the time I felt uneasy about venturing into being a first time home owner. But my wife was getting more and more excited about being a future home owner, and the past two years of renting started to bear the limitations and frustrations of not owning your own place. My wife set up a time to meet up with a realtor, and I reluctantly went not expecting to enjoy the meeting whatsoever. The semonin's location was impressive, and the staff was instantly friendly and accommodating. I worked strange hours at the time, but Dustin set up a time that worked for us. Most of his co-workers had already gone home, and we met in his office. It didn't take long for my fears to melt away. The meeting with Dustin was professional, and yet very friendly and caring. He could read we were new to it all and provided the information and assistance we needed to feel comfortable. We decided to take the plunge and start looking at houses. This is where the 5 stars comes into place, if I could give 10 stars I would. Dustin never gave the impression that we were a paycheck to him, in fact he was a friend, he was a great help to us, and he stuck it through till the end. He was always available when we needed to communicate and he fought for us to get the best deals, even if it meant deals falling through. Our first house he told us about an inspector who was fairly priced and was very much attention to detail. This inspector saved us from buying a house that looked fine, but had extensive termite damage. Dustin continued to encourage us, after our "dream house" had a terrible report from the inspection. A month later we found a better house. One that needed a roof repair. The sellers were not great at communicating and yet Dustin fought to bridge the gap, on the end we were able to get them to replace the roof with no expense to us and we now live in a home we absolutely adore. If it wasn't for Dustin we would of possibly bought the first house and would be living in a money pit. Semonin's services were so helpful. We couldn't of done it without them.
