Wow, seeing a lot of negative reviews makes one think, BUT we had them install a condensing gas…read moreboiler (high efficiency boiler) it all went very smoothly, on time and I knew that the cost while not low was in the ball park with a similar installation in our country place done by a "local" plumber. We were happy. Part 2, ConEd locked our gas meter (part of a gas pipeline replacement) while we were on a 4 week trip overseas, claiming that there was a leak when we asked them to turn the gas back on. To make a long story short, the crooks and morons from ConEd really screwed us. Nebrasky did a leak test walked us through the town permitting process - needless to say that there was no leak, yet we had no gas for 12 days after returning from our trip --- meaning no hot water ---. Their entire staff was very supportive and helpful and moved the process through the ConEd and local town bureaucracy efficiently and quickly. Yes, it was expensive but I knew that when an other company proposed a leak test for our central A/C. Overall happy with Nebrasky and very, very unhappy with ConEd

Had these guys come to service our HVAC system that had stopped working. Technician came took a…read morelook for a few minutes, couldn't figure out what the problem was and decided it wasn't worth fixing and should be replaced. We were charged about $400 for a service call and they left. I had a similar experience with several other "Name" companies here in Orange County. The guys just want to 'sell' new systems to people who have older units. this wouldn't be a problem if they were completely shot and non functioning. But these guys just didn't want to take the time to figure out the problem and fix it. Needless to say, I was able to find someone else from a smaller local service that pinpointed the problem ordered the parts and came back to install them for about 1% of the cost these guys wanted to charge me to replace my unit. It's still working a year later with no problems! Go figure! Never again!

The person on the phone was very pleasant as was Jim. They arrived on time and knocked out the job…read morethat included: removal and installation of 3 toilets, 3 vanities and replace a section of pipe that comes out of the wall for the shower head. Their price was also very reasonable for the amount of time they were here (9am - 1 or 2pm) Jim and Matt got the walk-through with who I assumed were Matt's sons being taught the trade. That was cool. My only gripe was that when I innocently asked about them taking away the old vanities, Matt abruptly said, "we're not garbage men." That really threw me off as it was a really rude response to a very innocent question. When I initially called them, I'd mentioned that we would need the old stuff taken away. Somewhere between that initial call and their arrival date, that part was apparently forgotten. After a few minutes to collect my thoughts, I said to Matt, "I never assumed you were garbage men. I've never worked with you before so I don't know how you guys work and what you're willing to do. It was cool afterward. They offered to take the pedestal sink and the toilets with them, then removed the drawers from the other two vanities and left them neatly on the side of the garage. Matt talked me through another minor complication which required me to return one toilet and pick up a replacement while they were still there working. All ended up working out very well though, as I found someone in the region who wanted both of the discarded vanities.

They are good and very effective when they are at your home and taking care of business. Oh well, there is always your competitor who will take my money.
